These actually seem to work! Since taking one tab daily my upper chest congestion problem (caused by long-term post-nasal drip) has greatly improved and I'm no longer hacking to clear my lungs as I once did, or at least not nearly as often. I'm fantastically pleased with the improvement. Well done, Bioglan!

At the age of my mid 40s I did a spirometry test and had the lungs of a 77 year old! X-rays found nothing wrong and it was deemed respiratory. Now aged 54 I found my chest tightening after a brisk walk, I would run out of breath climbing slopes and generally felt my life was going to get worse. I'm usually skeptical about these products, but after only a couple of days, I started to see some good results. As an Asthma, sufferer, and fairly constant chest infections, I really needed to try something other than antibiotics. My coughing and mucus problem has improved no end, and I'm breathing easier. I'm actually very surprised at the results. I have ordered another 60, and will take them as long as necessary. I have had no side effects.
Seems to be helping me loosening phlegm ... I am still trying to work out when its best to take, Morning or evening. Hard when some medical opinions scoff at natural remedies. I'll get there
Have been taking these for over 12 months . One a day then 2 a day then three a day and back down to one a day as immunity to them happens quite quickly. I have asthma and COPD so constantly have a chest infection that anti biotics will not clear , it is with me for life it seems . These tablets cut my phlegm production down , that is why I keep taking them , in the beginning they were like a miracle and seemed to all but get rid of my mucous production in my chest , but over a short time almost like a pharmaceutical drug , more was needed to get the same effect , and in the end it did not matter if I took 2 tablets 3 times a day , I was no better off than taking 1 tablet . Works great for me. After a week of use I have no lung congestion. Have struggled with congestion from post nasal drip for years. I will continue to use. Definitely worth a try.
I'm an ex-smoker who has issues with lung congestion. I'm not sure why this works, but it does. My lungs and airways feel clearer and less congested after taking this. I use it in conjunction with Eucalyptus oil inhalation and I can manage my symptoms better.
These work great. I was always constantly breathless and it was a battle to even take a few steps without getting knocked up. Now I am getting around great and doing small jobs without any trouble. I now have extra energy too. Definitely recommend these tablets.
