Biosil has worked the best for my nails, hair & skin. I had a few issues with my nails and cuticles also my hair. In a month, I seen my nails start growing back nice & healthy as they were before. Not for Choline sensitive individuals: Slow COMT

I have taken this supplement for a few weeks now. I have experienced anxiety, heart palpitations, gallbladder discomfort and high histamine related symptoms. I recently discovered that I have slow COMT gene. This supplement contains choline which is one of the methyl donors. If your methylation is affected by slow COMT, then taking methyl donors supplements causes already excess level of the neurotransmitters to get even higher, causing unwanted side effects.I bought this for weak nails and thinning hair. It was slow working but the nail situation got better. I haven't noticed much of a difference in my hair.I will throw it away as excessive supplemental choline has caused me so much harm.

I'm in my third month, two months I took the classic formula, and this week I started taking one BIO-SIL capsule with biotin in the morning, and the liquid capsule in the evening. The tablets are small and easy to swallow, tasteless and odorless and I really appreciate the fact that they are vegan. I definitely prefer it to encourage collagen production than to swallow a collagen supplement that is not guaranteed to actually reach the skin. In the meantime, I see a significant change in my nails and hair, not yet something visible in the skin, but they say it takes at least six months, so I continue to persevere!
