I haven't finished my first bottle so hard to say if they are benefitting my eyes yet.
Getting older and my eyes strain more easily even with limited screen exposure,,,so I take this on a regular basis to give my eyes a boost...I notice a difference when I do take it my vision is better,and my eyes feel less strained.
Literally ...I notice a difference with my vision when adding lutein defence to my supplements...my vision is clearer and being a outdoor worker I notice a difference on the sunny days my eyes do not feel as strained,,also exposure to led screens is unavoidable most days and I feel this helps my eyes to adapt to the demands of a modern life.
I'm very pleased with this product. Not been on it long but there's a definite improvement in my vision, A huge improvement on what it was, actually. I'd tried eye baths, drops etc. but nothing helped till this. Will definitely be purchasing again.
Several years back my eye specialist recommended that I take this. I’ve been taking it ever since and my eye condition has not deteriorated in that time! It must be helping!
I have had a semi retinal detachment/tear which was lasered to save the sight successfully. Been taking this as an adjunct to maintaining eye health. Unsure of its efficacy, so middle rating. Have actually switched to a different brand to compare and will add a post comparison review.
Have noticed that my vision is much clearer while taking these so I'm very happy with this product
