Such a massive improvement from our Siemens condenser dryer (was only 8yrs old). No humidity in the laundry at all... and it's so quiet. Clothing dries quicker, and without extreme heat - thus not ruining clothes. Everything come out as if it's been ironed, and is so soft. And we're using a fraction of the electricity compared to the old dryer. The capacity is perfect for our family of four. And the lint collection system is MUCH easier to manage and is less messy. Highly recommended!!!

I read a lot of reviews before buying this dryer but I am still disappointed. I have a Bosch series 8 washing machine that feel is a great product and I use in conjunction with this dryer. I usually wash my clothes on a 40 degree cycle and spin at 1400. I knew the drying cycle would be 3 hours long but this is still not enough to fully dry a load. Even with a dry cycle my clothes still come out a little damp. You can remove the load right as it finishes and spread it out a little and it will air dry but you shouldnt need to. As a lot of reviews say this dryer will also tangle your sheets and roll them into a ball which will leave wet patches. I’m happy with the slow and gentle dry for clothes. It’s horrible for sheets etc, with only 1 direction spin, everything balls up and stays wet in the middle. Having to stop and shake out sheets and blankets several times across a few hours really makes this unfit for the intended purpose. I’ve tried the various folding methods etc and nothing resolves the issue this dryer has with sheets and blankets. It cost me $2k and I’ll probably ask to have it exchanged for something better. This one also accumulates water in the condenser tank despite being plumbed to drain directly. Shame the stacked washer/dryer compels you to stick to one brand. My Bosch (German made, unlike the same series dryer) is amazing.

No more stressing about when to do laundry to avoid the rain and no more clothes horses strewn around the house. This machine is very easy to use and not as noisy as I had expected. It’s important to remember to empty the water container between each load - it’s surprising how much it collects. I love that this is a ‘plug and play’ model - no need for plumbing. Just plug it in and off you go. Clothes are dry-dry and the machine lets you set your desired dryness level.
I could not wash for over a week, due to continuous rain, & with high humidity could not dry anything. I haven't owned a dryer for years, never thinking that I would ever need one. Bosh was my choice of dryer, on the delivery day I was so excited to get the washing done, started before the delivery.( not normal) Perfect timing! And wow ! Why did I deprived myself for not getting the best dryer in the world! So quiet, surprised how much I could dry in one load, and best of all I wasn't walking into a steam room. Thank you Mr BOSCH.
This is my first heat pump dryer and I love that my laundry no longer gets steamy and wet. Condensation can be captured by the machine but we set up the hose to drain so no emptying required (aside from lint). Love the courtesy light that switches on when you open the door so you can see the load. Bought this with stacking kit as had it mounted on top of my Series 8 washer. Took a bit a time to land on right drying targets and preferred settings for our liking but find the machine is gentler on our clothes. We use machine during the day as we have solar panels so very economical
I have had this dryer for about 2 years. It is reasonably good at drying clothes tho I always have to finish it off with the 20min warm cycle because the clothes are never dry after doing the relevant cycle eg towels, easy care etc. BUT, the reason I am donating this dryer to charity is because sheets and doona covers are wound up in a tight ball in exactly 2.5minutes. I have to stop the cycle and unfurl the sheets every 2.5 minutes. The drum does NOT CHANGE DIRECTION and in my view this is a significant design floor. When I contacted Bosch, they suggested I fold the sheets before putting them in. I tried this and there was no improvement - still ended up in a tight ball with parts dry and other sections still very wet. We had to use it in the study for a few days until the stacking kit was installed - no issues at all. I'm used to long drying cycles as I used a similar dryer before so the 2 hour cycles don't bother me. The clothes are always very soft and not wrinkled - don't even need any ironing. I have a few Bosch products and this one is inline with the quality I have come to expect from Bosch. The setup instructions are a bit vague and I hadnto go to YouTube to see how to install the drain hose and setup the changes required for the water storage tank when you use the drain hose instead. The results are great but you will need to plan your laundry regime because these heat pump dryers take more time to dry. Maintenance is simple with the lint filter easily accessible and remove. I haven't had to do a maintenance cycle yet so I can't comment on how that was bit I assume it's not hard Overall a great product that I can use anytime of the day because of the 10 star energy rating.
I was very hesitant to get this dryer coz of how much it costs and some negative reviews. However, after doing a ton of research and being pushed to the limit due to the bad weather we've been having, we finally gave in and bought it, and we couldn't be happier that we did. It's quiet, easy to use, and has a lot of different programs that allow me to dry even delicates and wool blend clothing. Didn't have issues with drying sheets, either. Noting it here that one of the main reasons we chose to go with this is also because we have a Bosch washing machine, so we had peace of mind that it will fit nicely on top of it.
