This is my third pregnancy, and I have never had this much progress so fast after giving birth. I ordered an XL because I was 215 pounds at the time of delivery, but after three days, I am down to 190 pounds—I am going to order a smaller size now. I started wearing this support waist trimmer five days after I gave birth. The multiple elastic straps allow you to adjust it as needed. After three days, the support and pressure given by this product helped so much.

Works great and does the job. While the one i own is a longer, thinner version of braun’s facial epilator and I suspect a slightly older model, it works perfectly. It’s sleek, can be squeezed in a purse, and pays for itself in less than 3 uses. I also tend to get facial hair around certain times of the month, so it offers me the convenience to stay well groomed without having to drive all the way to a parlor. In terms of pain, it really depends on one’s tolerance. I personally find stretching the skin i’m epilating and working the wand around the area in order to minimize the pain and get the hair out in one go. Eventually, you just get used to it

Bought this to deepen my cleansing routine

So during lockdown I’d been neglecting my skin and in an effort to deep cleanse my skin I thought I’d try an electronic cleansing brush. This product seemed perfect as it’s a cleansing brush AND an epilator in one so I can epilate and cleanse.It was half price which is what swung the purchase tbh.The brush doesn’t feel like it cleanses any deeper, exfoliates? Maybe? Plus you have to replace the brush head every 3 months which feels so wasteful when you’re waste conscious.The epilator? I wouldn’t know. I haven’t even bothered yet.I definitely wouldn’t pay full price for this product.

Braun facial epilator

I’ve never tried an epilator before and was sceptical about using one on my face! Being a lady of a certain age and becoming increasingly irritated by the amount of facial hair that was becoming increasingly annoying I was delighted that this product actually delivered everything it promised. I literally used this a month ago and the regrowth has been so minimal I am amazed! My face still feels so smooth. Obviously I tweezer out a few strays but not the amount as I was previously. I wish I’d discovered this years ago. Very happy customer and so pleased with this. Quick delivery and well packed. Game changer for menopausal ladies needing to remove annoyingly increasing facial hair!

Disappointing

I was really looking forward to purchasing this. I was delft feeling extremely disappointed. The batteries run out almost immediately. The tweezers don’t run as easy as you I would expect on the skin. Then even with the correct before and after skin care you are left with hundreds of spots in the area that take a few days to shift! I persevered thinking maybe my skin needs to grow accustom to something new. So after using several times over many months I can say, no such luck. I would never recommend. Waste of money. Look into electrolysis.

I had never epilated before buying this product, but I really wanted to do something about my upper lip hair and Covid means no face-threading for the time being.I'd still say my pain threshold is pretty low. Using this isn't 'not painful' but absolutely nothing compared to a wax or tattoo (both of which I've had). The trick is to not press too hard onto the skin, and to go with the hair growth, not against (the opposite advice of the booklet). It's a myth. In fact, no hair ever grows back 'thicker'. When we shave, it cuts the hair at the shaft, so leaves it appearing thick. When we remove the hair from the root, a new hair grows back which will be tapered at the top, so in fact waxing/epilating leads to hair appearing finer.Also, hair follicles only have a certain number of regenerations - think about all those 90s brows mistakes. Those bad boys ain't coming back. Hair removed from the root also grows back at different rates therefore if we wax/epilate/tweeze hair grows back sparser & 'finer'.Anyone complaining of stubble & thicker hair aren't using these products properly (no shame, we all make mistakes, and these tools can be tricky to master).FINALLY, epilation pre- & after-care:If your pain threshold is low, pop a painkiller 30 mins before epilatingNo caffeine beforehand & try to avoid epilating on your period (both can heighten pain)Shower/bathe so the steam opens your pores & exfoliate beforehandGo with, not against the hair growthMoistures afterwardsRedness is normal, so maybe don't do it 5 mins before leaving the houseExfoliate a few days after to ensure new hairs can grow back with ease & avoid ingrownsRambled on for far too long. The best epilator for facial hair removal. Definitely a good buy.

With the Braun Face 810 Facial Epilator, I am carefree and independent. It was so smooth and easy to use. Easily picks out the hair and the after effects are smooth and soft skin, no rashes, no unwanted spiky hair. The sting is almost negligible which makes it the best choice (as compared to threading and waxing). Also, the facial cleansing brush is soft yet effective. Leaves feeling clean and fresh. Easy to use and Very effective. I'm really really happy with this purchase and definitely recommend it.

Would not recommend

This is the second one I've purchased, this lasted 3 months, worked fine to start with, had to go over same area several times to remove hair, the motor seemed to not get enough power, so I changed battery, cleaned etc but still seemed not to have any power there, this happened to my first one as well, but I thought I was just unlucky and purchased another. I'm now looking for another. Would not recommend this.
