Braun MultiQuick 3 Hand Blender

Great blender and no splatter. Highly recommended.Good quality for the price.Easy to operate and clean.Also like the stainless steel parts.

A brilliant piece of powerful kit that is so handy and saves getting the food processor out. Great for smoothies and blending soup in the pan. Smoothies can be done in the large beaker that can go straight into the fridge.The balloon whisk whips cream and mousse and the little goblet blender, amongst other things, I use to make castor and icing sugar from granulated. Works out cheaper!

A capable stick mixer for the price

A capable mixer with enough variety of attachments for general baking / cooking use.Does look a lot like the Braun toothbrush.It does tend to overheat quite quickly - the manual generally suggests using it in <60s bursts with up to 5 minutes break, which isn’t always practical.The build quality otherwise seems quite solid.

As a simple hand blender - it's great value

As a stick blender, it's good value - wouldn't use it for anything else. The whisk and chopper accessories are gimmicks.It advertises itself as a non splatter blender, and it really is, impressive. Mashing up pumpkin soup was a breeze and didn't end up with a mess.The long term usability of the blenders accessories are questionable. Last night I used the chopper accessory and it is nothing short of dangerous. The pin that secures the blade is flimsy and fell out, the blade did a dance inside the small cup and damaged the cup itself. Made a horrendous noise and scared us all. I've used the whisk a few times, and found it easier to use a hand whisk. Disappointing

I had a Braun chopper years ago and loved it. When the Aldi chopper I was using died, I immediately ordered a Braun replacement. I didn't want to buy the 9 piece blender set because most of the pieces would have been superfluous to my needs. Unfortunately, the model I bought is so small it is almost useless. It's not suitable for chopping an onion. It is difficult to achieve a small 'chop'. I either have large pieces of onion or liquified onion. Herbs and garlic are about the only thing it can manage. I think I will probably need to go out and buy something more suitable

Disappointing

I had a Braun chopper years ago and loved it. When the Aldi chopper I had been using died, I immediately purchased this Braun replacement. I did not want the 9 piece Multiquick set as it would have been superfluous to my needs. Unfortunately, the MultiQuick 3 chopper is so small it is practically useless. I used to be able to chop onions, carrots and celery in my old chopper. The MQ3 can handle a whole onion well. I end up either with big chunks or liquified onion. I only use it for garlic and herbs. I will probably go out and buy a non-Braun replacement chopper that is larger.

Fantastic for making baby food

We bought this to replace a cheap stick blender after researching various options. This Braun unit has been great to make baby food. The chopper especially is great for blending to any type of texture. The smaller size of the chopper bowl is a feature as it makes it easier to process a smaller quantity, perfect for babies. The stick blender is great and doesn't splash much even with very small quantities. The best stick blender I've owned and I'm sure we'll get a lot of good use out of this in the coming years, so gladly recommend it.

Good Hand Blender, made of poor quality materials

Average hand stick blender. The accessories are made of bad materials, they tend to break without overload or misuse. I have already two brocken chopper bawl heads, the whisk accessory has a brocken shaft using to beat egg white and whipping cream. The tall plastic container I used for beating cream has several cracks, obviously made of bad material.

Good Points: The mini chopper/ whizzer is great for quickly processing foods: walnut, dried apricots for example. Does small amounts, no need to haul out giant food processor.The stick blender excellent for making soup. Easy to clean, store and use.Didn' t check out instructions as had used a friend's Braun before. It's very user friendly!Improvement Points: None

I AM ON MY 2ND BRAUN STICK BLENDER AFTER MY RECENT ONE WORE OUT AFTER ABOUT 8 YRS. I ALS PURCHASED ONE FOR MY DAUGHTER WE DONT HAVEA FAVOURITE PART OF IT AS WE LOVE EVERY THING THAT IT DOES FOR US ESPECIALLY ME ,I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO PURCHASE A NEW STICK BLENDER, TRUST ME YOU WOULDN'T BE SORRY. IF THERE WAS 10 STARS AVAILABLE IT CERTAINLY WOULD GET THEM FROM ME.
