I purchased this unit about two weeks ago. The first unit had an issue and had several discussion with the manufacturer of and eventually they got me to take it back to the Retailer. I took the second one home only to find it had a similar issue, but was told about a set up issue from the manufacturer. Once operational its the best thing since sliced bread. I had a Breville Coffee maker so I am used to them. The Pod system is so so good. It brews faster no selecting double or single wall coffee holder one or two cup holder. Just put in the Pod and select the strength and wham about 15sec later coffee in mug. Put the milk into the Jug fill to suggested level, select the milk / froth type and 30secs later all done. Recently bought this machine to replace a Keurig. The machine is of much better quality and brews fantastic espresso and lattes in a much smaller platform too. The built in milk brother is nice, as is the stainless milk jug that comes with. The only negatives are that the drip tray is too small to fit the milk jug and a normal size coffee cup at the same time. I also wish that there was a built in setting to brew a regular 6 oz Americano, as you can only brew the 1oz espresso and then add 3.5oz hot water through the Lungo setting. Also this machine is louder than the Keurig. All in all it is a great machine.

I like espresso and make it few times a day. This machine was super simple to set up. You fill up the water tank and use the enclosed test strip to test how hard your water is. As for making your drink, you froth the milk first (if you like to add some milk) and then pull your espresso. There are 3 default pour sizes to choose from: Ristretto (.85oz), Espresso (1.35 oz), and Lungo (3.7 oz). Clean up is a breeze. Easy to use, easy to clean and heats up so fast. I am amazed at how the Creatista Uno works. This machine is so quick to make my cup of coffee. Also my coffee taste amazing now! I am an avid coffee drinker and to me this is a must have. I love how you can froth the cream to put in your coffee with the same machine. The froth pitcher included is so handy to use and pour into your coffee. Cleanup is a breeze which is always a plus! It will clean itself afterwards and you just wipe down the outside. The coffee samples that come with the machine will give you a chance to taste different options. I can’t think of one negative thing about owning this amazing machine. I would recommend this to anyone looking for something more than just an average coffee machine.

Did the hard water test that it came with and adjusted machine settings accordingly then ran the machine a couple times to clean it out. This also came with a 14 coffee Nespresso pod samples to try. I usually froth my milk first, I have used whole milk and almond milk and it works well with both. Once it is done, just wipe the part down that froths the milk and put it back down into place, it will then self clean itself. Now for the espresso, just drop the pod in and select the cup size you want. Once its done, pour on the milk and done! Easy peasy. I got this for my wife as a gift in her last year of uni, she was struggling because of the covid lockdown and having to spend so much time at home and having to do her thesis online instead of the uni. So I purchased this for her to help her get into a new routine where she could add this habit into her days and have something enjoyable to look forward to. She not only thrived in uni, by getting a distinction mark in her thesis, but we now have this little routine in the morning where we have our coffee at home and she is our barista and operates the machine herself.
