I bought this set from Myer and after 2 weeks the toaster was faulty ( would not hold down). Myer replaced the set and the kettle is faulty in the second one. There is a leak under the handle and leaked water all over the kitchen counter overnight. I am very frustrated as trusted Breville a brand. I have to go back to store but will get a refund this time and buy a different brand. Avoid this set.

Very good toaster , it’s quick and easy Nothing like getting excited over new appliances when youre an adult. I was quite impressed to see the timer dial lights up and blinks as it counts down so you know when your toast is about to pop. Cooks toast perfectly every time. Very nifty toaster. Worth spending the bit extra and avoiding the cheap nasties.

Worst toaster that I have ever owned. The toaster does not cook evenly. Even having the setting on the lowest it still overcooks. Toast never tastes great, unlike other toasters. Very disappointed. Kettle is fine.

Very nice set, quality finish, nice colour. Kettle is light but sturdy and boils quickly, toaster toasts fairly evenly and works really well with frozen bread. I really like the "little bit more" setting too. My only issue is the lever to check the toast or take it out doesn't lift up very far. Minor though, I'm very happy I bought this set.

I purchased this, mostly for the toaster 6 weeks ago from Good Guys. It took a while to get the setting right for the desired colour of the toast. But I find it continually varies even though the control knob has not changed. If you set it to number 2 the toast burns, so I am not sure why there are setting for 3,4,5 and 6. Also, for this price I would have expected an audible alarm notifying that the cook it finished. Disappointing.
We are pleased with this set. It looks great and does the job. The toaster is a little slower to toast than we are used to and the children can’t get shorter things out like crumpets or English muffins as the lift bar doesn’t raise them above the top of the toaster, so they need help to avoid reaching in and burning themselves.
It was purchased as a birthday gift for my mum, to use in her transportable rumpus and craft room. I couldn't have picked a better matching set to go in her building if I shopped in person, but I bought this online and was very pleased when it arrived. It works very well, a little slower to boil than my older Breville temp set kettle, but it's not too slow. Toast slots are extra wide for those bigger items, even a hot cross bun split down the centre will fit. It's better than my old Breville toaster, if this set came in blue I'd definitely buy another set for myself, I love it. Mum also loves it and is very happy with it.
The toaster and kettle perform their functions very well. The toaster and kettle were to replace Breville products. I was very disappointed that they are made out of such cheap materials. I ordered this product online from the reviews that were published. I would not have purchased the item if I went into a store.
I purchased these for my parents recently and they absolutely love them. But products work really well, they look great together, and the colour is excellent. The toaster cooks nicely and the dials are easy to read/adjust. The kettle boils hot water quicker than their previous one and has a really nice handle.
