Product was damaged; dent on the side, but still works. Additionally, I suspect this was a used, not new, product because it was missing the USB-C charge cable. Not worth sending back and waiting another week hoping it's shipped by then.

My old laptop, which folded back to also be a tablet, died, and I was looking for something similar, but couldn't find the right combination of tablet and laptop functionality. When I was looking at Surface tablets, I still really wanted a rigid, laptop-style keyboard that would physically attach to the tablet to facilitate using it on my lap and on the go. The Brydge SP+ turned out to be the exact product I was looking for. I've been using it for hours daily and it's doing exactly what I need. It lasts for weeks on a charge, even with heavy use. It's easy to dock the tablet and remove it. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase!
I had the original Brydge keyboard for my Microsoft Pro 3 computer from 2014 and loved it! I just updated to the Pro 8 and purchased the Brydge SP+ keyboard to go with it. It does not disappoint in any way. I love the bigger trackpad! I will continue to recommend your keyboards to anyone who will listen.

Keyboard works amazingly! I love it! I was worried about reviews saying reconnection issues occur when keyboard falls asleep. But I had no problems. Keyboard reconnects easily automatically.
My company uses Surfaces as our sales computers/lap tops. After being frustrated at the difficulty using it as a laptop with its floppy unstable keyboard and eventually dropping it off my lap and breaking it I found the Brydge keyboard. Complete life changer. My surface is now lap top like and works perfectly. You'd never know it's not a real laptop. Best purchase ever.
Great idea, though having an ability to change certain settings would be nice. I use my Brydge when I DJ and in between sets the keyboard disconnects itself. There are also frequent disconnects when using the keyboard, and there are no settings to turn the mouse off when typing so I frequently send the cursor across the page from where I am trying to type. Some tweaks would be nice, but overall a decent purchase.
Overall the product provides a hard keyboard. The product is a really useful add-on. One caution is that the clamps don't hold the surface when tilting therefore, one has to be careful as I dropped my surface on the floor. To prevent this, I have placed a transparent tape but I was hoping for something better aesthetically.
