The packet said they would be good until December 2021, there is no way they will last that long. I have even tried hiding them, but I always remember where they are! The sticky date biscuits are going faster than the Triple Choc Fudge, and I had my sister and they seemed to disappear faster. I like them both and have them on my dining room table in a big glass jar, they make an interesting table decoration despite their rapid disappearance.

I was a bit perplexed to read the other positive reviews for these biscuits. I bought the Rocky Road and Triple Chocolate. They must be the driest, most bland biscuits I've ever tasted. So disappointing considering the lovely packaging. We didn't even eat them. It was almost as if they were old and stale, but the use-by dates were fine. Disappointed to have wasted money but glad I tried them before buying more as gifts!
Soo good. I give these Byron bay biscuits as a Christmas present to family every year. Now they just expect them. We all love them. Great gingery Anzac type biscuits. Put in oven for five mins and have as a desert. Delicious
I purchase the Byron Bay Cookie Company cookies for our staff at the office, and they absolutely LOVED the Sticky Date & Ginger flavour - one of our team members even commented that "..they taste like Christmas!". Our office can't wait to try the other flavours.
We came across the Cookie Store on the outskirts of Byron Bay by chance and bought a small pack of the Sticky Date & Ginger Cookies as a present for our very senior father. Big mistake! He consumed them in no time flat and suggested a possible re-supply if possible. We only hope our next 1kg Bites order last him a little longer but I anticipate another mail order is likely very soon.Thankyou BB COOKIE COMPANY
