I was excited to find ProDigest, the active ingredient in pricier, name brand products in this very reasonable supplement. I am using this to improve motility. The artichoke and ginger have both been studied with positive results. Don't miss this opportunity to get a quality supuplement at an excellent price.
The two ingredients in this product, artichoke extract and ginger extract are of small size, no taste and benefit gut motility (MMC). The dosage is one pill per meal. Oftentimes, one pill per day should suffice. It is recommended for SIBO among other gastrointestinal issues. Im glad the patented form is available here because other manufacturers are more expensive.
The supplement is easy to swallow and keeps the bowel more regular while using a semiglutide like Wegovy or Mounjaro. That is - most of the time. I recommend taking it daily as instructed. Hopefully, any diarrhea side-effect you experience from the semiglutide is less than mine.
I purchased this as it has prodigest which is an ingredient that is supposed to help MMC. I didn’t notice much affect. I think taking individual artichoke and ginger had a better effect
I'm suffering from SIBO / SIFO and this seems to help with motility when taking other herbals. When I wasn't taking it, bowel movements weren't as good in the morning and pain throughout the day was higher so it's a must if doing a similar protocol.
Helps considerably with my digestion. Quality ingredients. Good pill size. Feeling the benefits. Will continue to take.
