Calphalon Hard-Anodized Nonstick 12-Inch Frying Pan

This pan is durable and high quality. Its size is perfect for most things I make. It’s nonstick and easy to clean. I love that it can go in the dishwasher. Heat distribution seemed to be even.

These are the aces of pans. A very well known brand for nonstick pans. You really want to take care of them and only use the proper utensils as to not scratch the non stick material. It distributes heat evenly and it is surprisingly very light. I was really impressed by how comfortable it was to cook with it.

These pans are exceptionally well-crafted and built to last. Their nonstick coating is outstanding, far surpassing that of other "nonstick" pans. For example, when making a homemade cheese sauce that usually sticks stubbornly, it effortlessly slides off with these pans. Cleaning them is a breeze; everything wipes away with minimal effort. I feel like the food is always cooked evenly from over side to the other. The size is perfect for a meal for four. I will say this is heavier than what I'm used to but if a little weight is the trade off for how well this cooks, I'll take it any day.

I wanted to cook a few times in it before I reviewed! Wow! The size is amazing and great for my large family! Cleaning is a breeze and comes off easily when hand washed! The durability is great - I was able to cook 3 dozen eggs in it at one time! Very happy with this product and would definitely purchase on my own!

Incredibly decent pan, heavy!

I like this pan. I’ve never had anything stick to it, seems to heat evenly too. This week (like most weeks) I’ve already used this pan for everything- to cook steak, chicken, pancakes, fried rice, and a yellow tomato sauce. Always use wood or silicone or plastic utensils. Try to avoid excessively high temps. You must not let it soak in water, you must rinse it immediately, then wash it and dry it with a paper towel for best results. I know it seems like a hassle but it’s worth it. It’s a perfectly decent pan, kinda bulky, and not quite tall enough for some of my needs. I’m a big fan of the brand and only need to replace it now bc others have scratched it up a bit and cooked with too high high heat so it’s looking rough. Very nice frying pan. I like the quality,and the price is very affordable. Used for more than a month and I am very satisfied. Definitely recommend. Its a good brand

Love the nonstick!

Love this pan! It’s large and non stick and it really makes things a breeze to clean. The handle is nice and comfortable to home and it heats evenly every time!

Meh. Misleading.

Havent used it yet so no comment on durability or how it cooks. I will say this: I was disappointed in the footprint of this pan. The picture is misleading. The inside is actually very sloped and curved, which only gives approximately 9 inches of flat cooking surface inside the 12 inch pan. I hate it when the food has to climb the sides to fit in the pan. (My old 12 inch pan has straighter sides and about 10.75 inches of cooking surface.). The pan is aluminum which is lightweight. There doesnt appear to be any additional layers on the bottom to ensure even heat distribution. I should have returned it, but for the price Ill use it until I find a suitable replacement because I need a pan right now. Perfect size pan for everyday cooking! Easy to clean.

This is the perfect size pan to cook anything from eggs to a meat sauce for pasta. Very versatile and if you only get 1 size pan it should be this one. It’s light weight and easy to hold/not clunky or super heavy weight like a lot of pans so I love that. I’ve used for a few weeks now it really is non-stick and also very easy to clean!

THERE IS NO LID

OK, I really should have read the small print but the picture shows it with the lid. I have had one for quite a while and just broke the lid a few months ago. Since it is getting warped I thought I would buy another one but didn't realize no lid came with it until I picked it up. (by the way, loved the order and pick up service. I will be back!) There was a line and only one lady working so I didn't want to return it right then. I will go back and exchange it for one with a lid. Otherwise, if it is like the one with a lid I love the pan. Just bummed about the picture. My bad. :(
