Do yourself a favor and get the BFM instead of going down the line of other Camelbaks packs like the Motherlode and the H.A.W.G. like I did. Dont get me wrong those that I just mentioned are awesome backpacks but the BFM outdoes them all!!!

A very roomy and sturdy tactical backpack filling the gap between a daypack and a 3 day pack. Practical for edc, day or weekend trips. Works just fine as a cary on. Quality is really high and can take a lot of beating.

Fits perfectly with the Eagle industries USMC coyote brown hydration pack with the zippers and extra compartments, it the exact bladder thats supposed to come with the pack if you happen to buy one without the bladder this is the one that is designed and made for that pack. Its vary easy to fill and to put ice inside with no problem. Has a quarter turn to open and close the opening and seals tight never has leaked once on me. Its hands down the best bladder money can buy, perfect compact size yet carries a 100oz of water, has 2 different quick release points one at the bottom of bladder and one to separate the bite value from the hose so you can easily replace if needed or clean the inner hose or clean the bladder or bit valve if needed. Ive left water in mine for months and threw some ice in it and taste 100% fine where others ive left water in them and stuffs growing and its basically had to be thrown away. The bite valve is the best Ive ever used, has an on off switch but never needed to use cause the bite valve it self is so well constructed it doesnt even drip after drinking from it. Also has a dust cover for bite valve and the bladder itself is very think and well constructed. I didnt even wash mine out the first time and doesnt have any weird plastic or rubery tasesince day one. Definitely worth every penny

Great product! Large opening is easy to fill, and securely closes so it doesn't leak water. The Long Water Bladder fit like a glove in the hydration pouch of my Mystery Ranch Metcalf 100 Backpack. Straw hangs in the perfect position on my shoulder strap. Easy to access and drink from.
The camelbak will have you spending more time after game simply by staying hydrated. It doesn't slosh like water bottles and can be used as a pillow if your hunting on the ground.
I have purchased a few cheap backpack bladders before and have always been dissapointed with them leaking. The price of this camel bladder is much more than I've ever paid but the quality is leauges above the rest. Amazing quality. Easy to use. Many features. Interchangeable or replaceable everything. You can remove the hose and it doesn't leak. If I ever need another backpack bladders it will be a camelback bladder that's for sure.
Only used it a couple times, but I already love it. Careful though, brand new the mouth piece has a rubber like odour/taste. It fades quickly though. Another caution is that you must purchase the correct size/design for the carrier you intend to use. This can not be carried by itself. I have a backpack that accommodates this design, but I had to measure the pocket before I made my purchase. Some packs will need the long version, not this one (short). To carry 3 litres of water this easily takes my hiking to new places. You won't regret this purchase.
The pack itself should be great! But when you receive a completely different pack valued at half the price hell even half the quality it’s not too great. I recommend the pack but not the seller
Totally milspec. I got the short version to save space in my pack. Insulated tube keeps water cold in summer and warm in winter. I've got a insulated neoprene cover for it as well.
Other than a little staining the bladder is totally functional and in very good condition. It fit my Granite Gear Nimbus Meridian pack like it was made for it. No complaints and would buy again.
