After buying about 4 different types of straw cups/bottles and 6 different types of sippy cups, I probably spent over $100 total in cups that claim they were leak-proof and don’t spill and not a single one was leakproof. These included the take and toss, munchkin straw cup, the 360° sippy cups, some Nuk cups, etc. THEY ALL LEAKED or will spill if accidentally thrown by a toddler. This bottle was an impulse buy because we wanted something for an international trip with our 15-month-old. Instead, we use this bottle every single day now because it TRULY does not leak. The spout is a bite-and-suck spout which is genius because that limits the spilling. Even when thrown, tossed, or dropped! I have no idea what these reviews are talking about the mold and the “terrible” bite and suck. It’s really not that hard. If my 15-month-old can figure it out, I’m sure you can too. I can’t recommend this cup enough and I plan to buy another.

I have 4 kids, and after trying about 8 different bottles for my first, I now have 4 of these Eddy's that will last each kid for yearsssss and years. They're ACTUALLY leakproof - it's not just hype. Perfect size for them to carry and keep hydrated and easy to open and refill - even my 3 year old can do it.If your kids are gross like mine and chew the mouth piece thing, you can easly and cheaply replace just that part, which cuts down on waste and buying another bottle.AND it all goes in the dishwasher at the end of the week with only 3 parts. Simple and easy.BUY THIS and you won't have to think about kid water bottles for yearsssssss!

My 3 year old daughter loves this water bottle. We're both a fan of the fun pattern of rainbows, clouds, stars & moons. The bright pink lid is fun & functional. I like that the straw was easy to insert into the lid - some other brands are not as smooth in this area. The only issue we experienced was that the spout that you drink out of was never opened. My daughter was complaining that she couldn't get any water to drink. I tried it myself & discovered that the spout was never notched to allow liquid through. I used a steak knife to create a plus sign/ opening in the spout & it works perfectly now!

I received this products for free from the Hey, Bullseye™ sampling program in exchange for my honest review. The cup has an easy to carry handle that my son was able to carry around by, with ease. The cup is leak proof. I held it upside down and none of the liquid leaked out. You have to bite down on the cup in order to suck through the straw. I think the point of this was to help make it spill proof and it worked. The cup was easy to clean and the straw was wide so you can easily clean with soap and water. The cup is BPA and BPF free and is made with recycled materials which is a plus in my book. The only con with the cup is the last little bit of drink was hard to get out because the straw doesn’t quite make it to the bottom of the cup. This is a great cup for my ... I really like this water bottle. It is definitely perfect for toddlers ages 3 and older. I really love the size of this water bottle. It is very easy for my little one to hold and operate. I also really like the soft spout on this. It is soft enough that it does not cause harm to her teeth since she loves biting on everything. This water bottle is definitely perfect to have in the car because it is leak proof. This water bottle is very durable and has not broken or cracked after being dropped. You can definitely tell that this water bottle was made to last. Another great thing about this water bottle is that it can fit perfectly in a car seat cup holder. I had to write a review to hopefully counteract the bad reviews saying the cup is defective. 🙄 The straw is not defective. Read the instructions. You need to wiggle and poke/pop open the straw. And you are able to cut it off it seems a little too long to easily get a drink. CamelBak is freaking awesome. Probably the most leak proof kids cup out there. (When the straw top/bite thing is new). One of the best things about this cup, is that you can buy replacement parts! Don't listen to all these bad reviews. These cups rule. Try it out and actually read the little packet that's included.
I was looking for a non insulated water bottle for my 2yr old for festivals that don’t allow them. I like the neutral pattern on this too so my son can feel comfortable using it as well. It holds a good amount of water and so far has not leaked! I was nervous it would leak from the spout as it collects water after drinking but so far it’s held up! My only issue is taking it apart to clean it. It’s a little hard to pull out and I feel like I’m going to rip it. It is also a little difficult to get it back in, but it’s not a deal breaker. I really like the handle, I think it’s my favorite thing about this honestly. It’s very comfortable to carry due to the shape.
This is such an adorable sippy cup. The yellow and blue construction theme is fun- definitely the right target audience for the age of the user. My little guy loves trucks. This cup is also truly leak free as long as all pieces are inserted correctly. Like most sippy cups, there are a lot of pieces to disassemble, clean, and reassemble. So that is a bit time consuming. But I think that's why the leak-proof lid works so well. Make sure you remove that gasket ring to clean and let it dry- that way you will prevent mold. The straw is easy to drink from and collapses down. Parents and kids will both like this cup.
I bought this as my toddler preferred to drink out of my Camelbak bottle rather than her own. It’s a little too big in her small hands and I have to help her pop open the lid at the moment but she’ll grow into it.I like that the mouth piece doesn't detach like the adult version so it’s much safer. I did have to pierce it to create a hole but that wasn’t a big deal as I’ve experienced that myself with Camelbak products.Doesn’t leak when the lid is closed - great. Noticed water dripping out of mouth piece when lid is open and my daughter is holding it upside down. Again, that’s an age thing.Awesome product.
We’ve been using the CamelBak Eddy waterbottles for the kids for 7 years now - still using the original one we bought and it’s tough as nails. I was a bit leery to upgrade to the new Eddy+ model but it has not disappointed one bit!We generally hand wash but have never had trouble in the dishwasher for any of our Camelbk bottles (maybe our hot water is set to a lower temp than other reviewers?!?).We have bought replacement bite valves and straws over the years. It’s what makes this bottle superior to the rest out there. I wish MEC would carry the Eddy+ replacement parts but have sourced them from a major multi-billion dollar corp that shall remain nameless.Beware when buying valves… the older style are the “original Eddy” and the newer style are “Eddy+”. The bite valves aren’t the same. Make sure you’re buying the right ones!Cute designs. My kids have both used these water bottles from 1-year old. This newer design is a little tougher for the 2 year old to open but he does manage. My older kid (8) still rocks these water bottles. They are a good size for school, daycare, sports, car rides! You name it. We love these. I don’t buy any other waterbottle - we own 5 and like I said the oldest is 7 years now. They also don’t leak which is a huge plus!!!
