I plugged in and set it all up and it does not work at all and also the printing ink cartridge was stuck inside of it cant get it out

I owned one and after a couple of years it would not feed the paper. So, I purchased another one and it, from the beginning, came up with an error code that said "no ink" when there was actually a new cartridge in. So the new printer would not work from the start. No place tosend it so I have a piece of junk and no printer.

I owned one and after a couple of years it would not feed the paper. The appearance was great, all parts were there, the rollers for the photo paper did not work they were intermittent. But lesson learned, if your item has been sitting awhile and hasn't been used then it's a possibility that maybe moist from heat and cold. I'm okay I'm not upset at all. Thank you!
I BOUGHT THIS TO PRINT PICTURES FOR SCRAPBOOKING. IT PRINTS REALLY CLEAR PICTURES AND IS SUPER EASY TO USE.THE ONLY PROBLEM SO FAR HAS BEEN FINDING THE CORRECT SIZE PAPER. THEIR 4X6 IS SMALLER THAN MOST 4X6 PAPER I CAN FIND.BUT FOR THE PRICE, IT IS A GREAT PRINTER.
Problem in getting & downloading printer drivers for this model to download to my computer. Cannon website says drivers for this model are unavailable & obsolete. Would like to print photos from my computer. Screwed!

I was so happy when I saw it but has an issue is broken.....I have an old model and still working but I need and extra to print faster the events photos
I had used a Canon Selphy CP740 years ago and liked the prints that it produced. My first unit was damaged in moving from one residence to another. I came across the listing, saw that it was a new unit at an excellent price and decided to buy. I have a substantial amount of paper and cartridges left from the first unit, and because the 'ink' doesn't dry out I can use my 12 year old stock of materials. The postcard sized prints (4x6) that this printer produces are excellent for albums or sending to others. The 4 star rating is because of 1. cost per print, 2. speed of printing, and 3. somewhat noisy. The rating should be 4.5. I have attached a print from this machine to show the output. The idea of printing your pictures right away is great. But, getting this to work is something else. I can get it to work with the sd card but will not connect to the computer. I have to get a new usb cable. It's a work in progress.
