It is not always easy for vegetarians to get enough vitamin b12. I took caruso's, but not even every day and my bloodtest showed very good vitamin b12 levels.
Work incredibly well and no bad taste. I purchased these due to a b12 deficiency during my pregnancy, took them for 4 weeks and had a repeat blood test and my b12 levels are now at fantastic levels (high to normal range)
Had a strawberry taste and dissolves in your mouth. Very small tablet but you don't need to swallow it obviously anyway. Don't know if it works though because I'm not a doctor. But I think so (placebo or not).

Tastes great, a little bit chalky but that's expected. Can barely tell it's a vitamin/medication. Higher mcg than most B12 supplements, highly recommend.
