I regularly take this b12 supplement. I eat fish once or twice a month, the rest of my diet is plant based. Have had blood tests twice this year, b12 in normal range - 541 pmol/L ( 170-800 ).

We’ve tried a lot of different forms of B12 (liquid, tablet etc and cyano & methyl). This good health activated b 12 has been most effective and tastes the best. I would eat this like candy if I could.

I was recommended to take this by my naturopath as it is supposed to be well absorbed. However, I haven’t taken it long enough to know if it’s more efficacious than my previous product,
I don’t have a benchmark on how to rate this product, because it’s internal health. I can only say I have been taking it for years and assume it is working because my brain and body feel great!
I liked this vitamin very much. I felt like it benefited me. I was told however that it is more beneficial to take a vitamin B complex. Taking one B vitamin on its own can effect the levels of the other B's in the body. I do like vitamin B12 however as I am aware it is a very important vitamin.
These are tiny tabs you put under your tongue, they taste nice too. Very happy and I will continue to purchase them
