My son loves his vacuum! He can now vacuum at the same time as me. I have the bigger version of Dyson. It is very hard to unscrew the compartment for the batteries. This is a big flaw on this vacuum. We are using it without the batteries now. My son still loves it though.

My son is obsessed with vacuum cleaners, he loves everything about it so I bought this for him. We have Bissel canister vacuum cleaner at home and this one looks the same, it does have very low suction power which is great( can pick a tiny piece of tissue paper).

It's very quite can barely hear it. My son love vaccumes and this item doesn't keep his attention very long. The attachments fall off the tube/hose part all the time. I would super glue it but he enjoys changing them out but gets upset they won't stay on and as a busy mother I'm having to put them on at least 30+ times!! I think it poorly made for having spent 40.00+ dollars that's with shipping bc it's not available in stores near me! Very disappointed in the item and a waste of my money!

This vacuum was SO SMALL! It's s "hand held" vacuum, not a full size pushable one. The hose was bend and dented upon arrival. It was so cheaply made and not worth $27 AT ALL! Your paying for the name Dyson not the toy itself. We are returning this before my son even sees it and getting the shop vac that is MUCH MUCH BIGGER and $2 cheaper that is sold in store only. Buyer beware of this vacuum. Looks can be deceiving when they photoshop a child and make them appear bigger on the box next to it
I ordered this after the toy Dyson ball vacuum that I bought for my son stopped working after a day and a half. I had hoped this one would work better. The static electricity makes the balls stop spinning. And they dont spin on the head. Theyre supposed to, when the tiny wheels on the head are supposed to be spinning on the floor, the balls should spin too. But the wheels are cheaply made and dont connect well enough to make the balls in the head spin. The suction sucks, only good for confetti or tiny foam balls, which I already knew. I just think for this price, I'll spend $10-20 more dollars and get my kid a real vacuum, with the LED lights, attachments, and it will really work lol. I would return this, but since it is slightly different than many of the other ... MoreI ordered this after the toy Dyson ball vacuum that I bought for my son stopped working after a day and a half. I purchased this vacuum for my 2 year old granddaughters birthday. We were very pleased with the quality of this toy. She seems to like the suction stage more than the one where the little beads spin around inside the canister. I didn't give this toy a 5 star rating for the age category because I feel the size of the toy is more appropriate for 2-3 year olds rather than 4 and up, since the smaller size would be a hindrance to 'taller and older' children. I read on another review that the 'beater bar' comes unattached easily from the tube and the other reviewer glued the pieces together. We will probably end up doing this as it came apart a couple of times already. Also, the beater bar has beads in it to resemble 'lint' being picked up as you vacuum, however, the ... MoreI purchased this vacuum for my 2 year old granddaughters birthday. Overall looks like it will be a very much loved toy for years to come.
This tiny working hoover is perfect for my little boy. He's obsessed with Hoover's and the fact that it actually picks up small crumbs and bits of paper just amazes him, so this became a firm favourite immediately. The battery life seems good so far, I expected them to run out quite quickly as it gets used so often. The only downside is the two running modes...if you're in mode 1, the colourful pieces in the cylinder spin round and it makes a vacuum noise but it doesn't actually pick up. Mode 2 makes the noises and picks up, but the cylinder doesn't spin. Not sure why it doesn't just do both, it would be more realistic, but overall the little one and I are very very pleased with this purchase!
Looks very realistic, almost an exact replica of our vacuum. However, the "suction" is unrecognizable, it wouldn't even suck up wrapping paper confetti (half a dime size). My daughter loves it, but I says disappointed....You are better off buying this but not wasting money on batteries;)
It's a brilliant hoover, perfect for little hands. It's an absolutely cracking replica of the proper one, our 2 year old granddaughter is going to love it. It has 2 settings, 1st makes the small foam pieces in the drum flick around & the 2nd makes a suction noise neither will be annoyingly noisy though as it's subtle. Great purchase.
this keeps my 2 1/2 year old daughter's attention for a long time. she enjoys the sounds and how it actually sucks up little tissue bits. gotta be careful cause if the tissue bits are not small enough, they could get stuck inside and it is a little annoying to unplug it. this is definitely a toy I should of gotten the replacement plan for. we bought 4 new c batteries and it only lasted for few days. she plays with it for about an hour a day. overall happy with the purchase even with all the little hiccups
