The castrol engine oil is the number engine oil I personally recommend for your oil change. Is a full synthetic and quality oil. Since 2015 , I moved from Germany to Michigan I always use this castrol full synthetic oil and all the vehicles I used this particular oil drives good nobody even came to me that there vehicles have a engine problem. I normally use Pentosin oils for my Mercedes. Seems the crush washer got a little too crushed last oil change so there's a bit of a seep. I needed to top off. There was no Pentosin at my local Auto Zone but they had this stuff. Its full synthetic and 0-40 so I had no worries using it.
For an older car you have to be careful what you put it in it. This is brand listed on the engine so I stick with it and my car runs and last longer even using Exxon gas they compliment each other therefore gas mileage during the winter is better than when engine oil is low.
Oil seems to quiet engine noise in cold start conditions compared to other brands.
High quality oil. Recommended by my vehicle manufacturer. However, it is very expensive by the quart, so I wish AutoZone carried it by the 5qt jug.
if you own a vehicle with a turbo engine / a mercedes... this is a very good oil to use. flows nicely in winter, but still gives you that upper temp range coverage. i have used many oils, this one gives you a decent bang for your buck. this is pretty standard for castrol edge / full syn oils -- i haven't used the high mileage or conventional oil for this brand... i'm sure they're pretty good too.
