Gamechanger! My cats started using this straight away and haven't looked back. No more smelly litter trays and it is super quiet too. I bought the step as well and would recommend this as it helps with any litter coming out on their paws. Fabulous!!

I also purchased the step to catch litter and I am glad I did as I think one of my cats would have struggled to get into it as the opening is quite high. I think this will depend on your cat as my other cat is a Sphynx and very athletic so he often leaps right over the step.

The only thing that is a tiny disappointment is how hard it was to connect to the WiFi then it actually wastes alot of clean litter each clean and we have 3 cats snd it doesn't recognise them as the description of the weights and cat. But other than scooping trap liner and putting the excess litter back into box. Cat win it all , but it's damn close

The garbage capacity is large, and the garbage bags are changed every 10 days on average. When my cat is curious and wants to visit, it automatically turns on the protection and stops working immediately. The child lock function must be turned on from the APP. Thanks to the after-sales service of the APP for helping me a lot.
Excellent automatic litter box. So quiet and uses hardly any litter per clean cycle. Best buy ever for three cats.
I recently moved from a house into an apartment and was concerned about my 2 cats having to share a litter tray as there's not enough room for multiple litter trays. I'm absolutely loving this unit. It's very quiet and it means both cats are greeted with a clean bed of litter when nature calls. At first they were a little confused but I added a little of their old litter and they quickly understood. No more scooping in the morning and after work and the best part, no more smell. Now I don't worry that one of them will hold it until I've cleaned out the other ones business. Happy mum and happy fur babies.
The catlink machine is quiet and works well. However our cat continuously poops on the ledge instead of in the bowl. I think she’s is terrified of when it does it’s cycle. We are now trying it on the manual setting and doing a cycle when we get home, and locking her out of the room so she doesn’t see it move. Hoping things will improve, or we will be back to the old fashion tray. It’s a lot of money invested if we can’t get her comfortable with using it.
On several occasions I have had to switch to manual as not all clumps had gone down the hole, also some clumps have been stuck to the sides and needed scraping off and manually placing them down the hole.I have emptied the bag below 3ctimes in the couple of weeks which were pretty full and heavy.

Unfortunately the litter box is a bit high, so I also needed to purchase the catlink stair to go with it. The ball cabin is also a little difficult to clean - there are panels behind which the cat litter dust gets caught behind, and I'm not sure if it's possible to clean behind them. All in all, it does the job. The cats (8.5 years old and 1.5 years old) only took 2-3 days to adapt to the litter box, and I can tell they love it. They use it more often than the old litter box which I tried to keep clean with daily scooping. I replace the trash bag once a week for 2 cats, give the ball cabin a wipe ... MoreLitter box works great! Litter robot itself works fine however with no stepping stool it doesn’t allow the cat to enter easily. Also it DEFINITELY IS NOT for cats up to 10kg. Our cat is an average sized 6.5 kg male, and he can barely turn around in the letterbox. Would not recommend
