Chanel Stylo Yeux Waterproof 54 Rose Cuivre

This eyeliner is absolute perfection! I was a little weary about spending so much on an eyeliner, but I’d seen so many people raving about it so decided to bite the bullet and purchase one. I chose the shade Eros as it was different to others I have, and loved the idea of a burgundy eyeliner (although this pulls more aubergine on me which I have no clue how!), and the colour is stunning! It lasts all day, doesn’t smudge, can use it on your waterline as well as on the lid. The texture is super smooth so doesn’t tug at all, and glides on like a dream! This smooth, gliding eyeliner is truly worth it. Once I apply, it stays in place and lasts a long time, especially if you have concealer and primer in place. I like to use it for a special night or a night out. I have the Noir Intense and it truly is the darkest color (black) available. It makes my eyes pop! It’s also waterproof. Even with sweat, sebum, etc. it stays in place. Yes, it’s expected to be pricey since it’s Chanel but it’s Made in Italy and you can feel the quality. I have no complaints and it’s just a perfect add-on to all your makeup essentials.

Decent lasting power - enough to survive an 8 hour shift so that my eyes continued to look like there was some definition. Automatic eyeliners are so handy because you avoid the need to sharpen and product is always readily available. Impeccable gliding too - I never felt like this product tugged at my eyes. Purchase this product in February and it hasn’t shown signs of drying out. Deducted one star solely because I’m being picky about colors. I wish they had more. I purchased the shade “Eros” which I was hoping would be a more vibrant maroon. Over time, the definition lasts however the richness of the color is harder to appreciate because baseline it’s a darker toned shade.

A Great product turned bad.

I used to buy this in espresso for years. During Covid, it changed. It is like I'm rubbing a colorless wax pencil on my lid and will not take. No matter how many times I draw my line - there is no line. At first I thought it was because I was leaving cleansing product on my eyes, but it happened even if I hadn't used any cleansing product for a week or more. I returned one. I wasted my money on about 3 others. I kept thinking they were sitting on a cargo ship somewhere. But now I think the formula is different. I'm shopping for a new brand. Too bad, I loved this stuff. It stayed on all day and never smudged. It was never difficult to put on before these problems.

Grey Eyeliner

Absolutely beautiful 🤩 eyeliner!! I own many Chanel cosmetics products!!! Couple of times I tried a different cosmetic designer, but seriously came back to my favorite Chanel right away!! Nobody can compete with Chanel, in my opinion, because it’s not only a Name, it’s a Legend forever!! Anyway, I’m very happy with my purchase as always!! The color of the eyeliner is very beautiful, stunning and soft, stays all day long!! Great formula and ver easy to apply!! Thanks Chanel and Nordstrom of course!! Best as always!! ♥️♥️

Holy Grail Eyeliner

This is my holy grail of eyeliners and I have used many in the past. None so great as this one. It's waterproof formula is excellent for the waterline, yet you can still blend for a smokey look. You have to work quickly though. I also have very sensitive eyes and this eyeliner does not cause any irritation at all. It comes in an assortment of pretty colors although I always stick to the 88-Noir Intense for a classic look. No sharpening is always a plus however there is a built in sharpener if you want an ultra fine line. What else can I say? For me, it's well worth the splurge!

Lasts all day!

About 3 months ago I gave away thousands and thousands of dollars of makeup and skincare and started buying all Chanel products and it's been the BEST decision that I've ever made in my beauty products. This eyeliner is my most recent purchase and it's amazing! It glides on so smoothly and stays put all day and does not run or smudge. I first bought Noir Intense and it's as black as black can be! Very black! I returned it and bought Ébéne which is a beautiful black but not as bold as the first one I bought. I can't say enough about how amazing Chanel makeup and skincare products are. It's so beautiful and good for your skin and lasts. I highly recommend Chanel. I'm 48 and I've tried about all high end brands and nothing compares to Chanel.

I wore this in espresso for years. I also bought a marine years ago to go with different contacts. During Covid, they either changed their formula or something is happening to shipments. It won't go on my eyes. It's like putting a colorless wax pencil on my eyes - no color - doesn't adhere. For this price, if they changed their formula, that is not right. I returned one to another department store, but lost money on two others that were unusable. This was the only local eyeliner I liked. It didn't irritate my eyes and stayed on all day. No smudging, beautiful color. I want a dark green color and have been reading bad reviews on other brands. I'm tempted to see if the green in Chanel goes on better. If not, I will return. You always get what you paid for!

Try many eyeliners from drugstore and some branded eyeliner. From gel to pencil and liquid. This one is the only one I'm going back too. I have sensitive eyes and this comfortable for all day long. Glide smooth on tight eyelashes line and easy to create those winging lines on hooded eyes.The price is higher than others but you always got what you paid for.tips: twist the pencil enough for one eye line at a time so it won't dry. If it's dry or you want to get that corner wing on one strike, use paper towel and draw a line on it 1st. It will help the pencil smooth glide and sharp.
