I tried my friend’s C9 wife straightener and was really impressed. It felt like a huge decision moving away from my trusted GDHs but finally bit the bullet and ordered the C9 set with the bag and the magical potion spray.The bag for the C9s is very neat and good quality. This straightener is amazing! It's works wonders on my long thick hair and makes straightening a breeze! Normally I'm abit dubious when it comes to buying new straighteners as for me I've had to 'break them in' so to speak before they actually style as I like, but with these they do the job in one stride. Best purchase ever. Yes, they are expensive but they are worth it. Revive mode is also something out of this world! Absolutely love them!

I’ve been using GHD straightness for as long as I can remember but after hearing other positive feedback on the CLOUD 9 I thought I’d give them a go. When I saw there was an offer near Christmas/New Year I thought it was the perfect time to purchase.I am so glad I did. I bought the wide iron after much debate because I have long, think and naturally curly hair. I was worried the wide iron wouldn’t fit into the root section. I was wrong. These straighten my hair with ease. They glide over my hair unlike my GHD which I could hear and feel pulling in each section.My only disappointment is in me for not buying the hairdryer at the same time. If it’s as good as the straighter I’ll definitely be purchasing it.

Absolutely love this product. I was debating whether to get at first cos I’ve used cloud 9 before and I didn’t really think it was anything special but there is just something different about this one. First of all, there really pretty. They do all the usually stuff, for example heat up really quick nd stuff but they leave my hair feeling so soft. My hair normally goes really notty really quick but when I use these straightners it doesn’t & it leaves my hair feeling so nice. It also stays straight for days which again idk if it’s down to my hair but it normally stays straight for about ten mins & that’s about it. This is definitely my favourite product to date and I can’t even rate it enough.
Okay - I own 3 straighteners - a GDH wide paddle, GHD slim plate and also my big purchase the DYSON straighter at a cost of $600. Well this was the biggest mistake of my life. The battery life is no good and the plates are thin. As I have shoulder length thick hair it would take me 2 recharges of the DYSON to finish my hair and even then my hair still felt "fizzy and heavy". My hairdresser uses your CLOUD NINE straightens and they love them, they have 5 of them in the salon, use them 5 hours a day 5 days a week. My hair feels so soft, silky, smooth and lightweight after my appointment. These straighteners are fantastic. They glide through your hair without pulling or snagging , and seem to straighten my hair a lot quicker and with better results. I like the way that you can adjust the temperature, I like to have the temperature fairly hot as I have thick hair. When I am straightening my daughters hair I have them on 150° ... I purchased the product after my appliance from a leading competitor stopped working after only a few months. Service was excellent and the product looked great. The silicone cap and travel case are especially nice if you travel a lot. Unfortunately, after a week of use the appliance has destroyed my hair. The bottom inch has become crispy and brittle and is snapping off. Using the appliance on the lower temperatures did nothing and didn’t straighten my naturally wavy hair but on the high heat it has frazzled my hair. I also found that it didn’t last two days without having to straighten it fully again. My daughter found exactly the same. Returned the appliance for a refund.
My last visit to the hair salon had the GHDs nowhere to be found. Instead Jason slid through my hair with these and I asked what the vibrations were. He explained with normal straighteners sometimes the hair snags where with these that won’t happen. I had had some cloud nines years ago and loved them then as they had the variable temperature. Anyway, I walked out of the salon with hair like freshly spun silk (I always do) went home and ordered a pair and I am delighted. The wider iron helps with the finish, the revive function is awesome and I do all of this at 150°
It used to take me an hour and a half to straighten my hair and I would have to go over it daily to keep it somewhat straight. I thought I better make a good investment. I loved the hair type quiz which recommended me these and I honestly can say I do not regret and I am truly amazed! I can now straighten my hair in 30 mins (roughly) and it stays straight for 3 days without me having to go over it! These truly make me feel like I’m on CLOUD NINE! I’m am obsessed! Bought these new limited editions Midnight Collection just had them delivered half hour ago.As my old ones I had for 5 years had its day.Since trying cloud nines 12 years ago I’ve never looked back previously used GHD but cloud nines theirs no comparison at all.One of the best products out there for hair.Only negative point is that these are my 3rd pair otherwise I think they’re the best thing ever.Nice to also see you get 3 years warranty which is fantastic so was happy to see that.
