No cloud 9 delivered my new ones the very next day. Wish every company did this. Excellent customer service!

It's hard to give a full review as the Luxury Travel Bag strap broke as I was about to use it for the first time. They are aware of it and this is a major design issue which they are trying to address, so I am looking forward to my replacement, they did compensate me with another gift. The hair straighteners are great, lets hope they continue to work they wat they have been.
Amazing customer service, from start to finish helped me. Product is brilliant, I was struggling between trying these and going for my trusty ghds. So glad I made the swap! The straighteners are amazing and feel kind to my hair.
I bought these to replace/update my old cloud nine straighteners, not disappointed. I have used the revive function and honestly can’t see or feel a difference to my hair so don’t know if that it is a bit of a fad but overall happy with purchase. Wouldn’t use any other brand
