Colgate Optic White Expert Express Teeth Whitening Toothpaste, 125g, Fresh Mint, with 2% Hydrogen Peroxide, Enamel Safe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion. ] Overall a reasonable toothpaste. Not sure I would rush out it buy it again. Haven't seen any change to my teeth colour as yet but it's not quite been 2 weeks. I found it had a strong taste which I didn't enjoy however certainly felt my teeth were clean which is the more important factor.

I’ve tried it as I’ve been told for 2 weeks and twice a day and I haven't noticed any difference in my teeth colour. I’ve got 2 veneer at the front so I was going to see if they look different to the natural teeth but there is no change. The toothpaste cleaned my teeth but left somewhat distaste in my mouth. I won’t be buying this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion. ] Unfortunately I had to stop after a week. I was not much of a fan of the taste, however this was only a mild inconvenience. I did see a slight change in the colour of my teeth. But my teeth became very sensitive where it affected me when I ate certain foods. I stopped once I realised this may be connected. After a week the sensitivity left. I’m not sure if it was just a coincidence, though at this stage I would not use it again.

It stung a lot when applying, so I have only used it a few times with the same result. I unfortunately will not be purchasing this product again, solely because I have incredibly sensitive teeth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion. ] I noticed a difference within the first couple of days with this toothpaste. My teeth were definitely whiter! Has got quite a strong 'burny' taste, so if you are sensitive to that, this may not be the one for you. I personally love it as it makes me feel as if my mouth is super clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion. ] Used Colgate Optic White Express for 7 days, morning and night using an electric toothbrush for 2 minutes each brush, I have noticed a slight change in colour, nothing drastic but I must say it does make your teeth feel clean, it is a strong mint flavour so some people might not enjoy such a strong toothpaste. It sells itself as being effective on stains that have built up over time, mine are 35 years and I don’t look at them and say what a difference, maybe need to use it for longer than 7 days.

I do go to the dentist for my once a year clean but this toothpaste is great to have for the inbetween visits. It doesnt turn your teeth stark white but it does the job by getting rid of tea/coffee stains and random discoloration to an extent. I did feel that my lips were overly dry after use so make sure to put lip balm. I have heard that other people have gotten acne around the mouth from using this toothpaste but thankfully I didnt so make sure to patch test before use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion. ] I love love this whitening toothpaste! I have tried many in the past and always find them to be grainy, where this one is not. It also foams really well, which the others don't. The taste was a little strong in the beginning but I very quickly got used to it. I love it has the flip cap on it which makes it very convenient. I am not sure if it has whitened my teeth, but I will definitely keep using this toothpaste and would buy it again!

The promise of whiter teeth in 3 days from just brushing is intriguing. Initial impressions weren't great though as the toothpaste seemed to be under pressure in the tube and started oozing out when opened without being squeezed for several days... slightly disconcerting. Then there was the taste! I'm used to Colgate toothpaste but this just seems like I'm brushing with Dencorub which is not great. It really needs a standard spearmint taste if possible. [This review was collected as part of a promotion. ] This is a fresh tasting toothpaste with expert whiting claims. The tube is easy to use with a convenient flip top. The expert claim may be overstating the product benefits and I’m not confident I saw changes to my tooth colour after only 3 days of use. After 14 days of use twice daily my teeth seemed a more consistent colour but not a dyed bright white flash of teeth.
