I bought this product with great caution after reading the reviews describing awful beefy-like taste and to my biggest surprise this protein tastes nothing like beef. Very nice chocolate flavour with surprisingly good mixability. Instant favourite after first try. I must avoid whey due to gastro issues and milk intolerance so I've been using pea protein for a year. Sadly the progress is far lesser due to it being a plant based protein with incomplete amino profile so this swap is excellent for me. Maybe this product was improved just recently as even some of the latest reviews couple of months before are describing awful taste, this is certainly not the case anymore. Goes Well With: Instant Oats

I am so thankful I bought collagen from my protein. It was the cheapest I’ve ever found collagen ever and I’ve been so impressed with the results. I’ve been taking collagen for a while and have found my skin, hair even my joints healthier than before. The only issue I’ve had with this product is occasionally I get a funny aftertaste with the flavourless version. I usually mix with squash but once I had to throw it away because the taste was bad. Most of the time it’s been fine and I’m just grateful to have such a valuable product available to me to use everyday. It’s been an amazing addition to my supplementation thank you. Goes Well With: Mixed well in water and squash.

I doubled up on my last order of this unflavoured collagen protein powder, as I've used it after every training session for a long time now. I usually had it with coffee and using my milk frother, it made a lovely, creamy latte. I have just opened my first newly designed packet and as many other reviews have mentioned, the powder is now yellow and has a strange curry-like smell. Much worse though is the horrible, bitter chemical taste, which has made this product basically inedible. Why has this formula changed and why is My Protein not doing anything about resolving the issues with their loyal customers? Personally, I would like to return the items for a refund. Goes Well With: Nothing now.

I’m a very busy plasterer and have been for the last 17 years!! Before that worked in a sport and leisure environment . Always been active playing and competing in sports. I’m now 46 and really graft every day as a plasterer. I love my job and I love the workout I get on a daily basis. I believe that if I wasn’t supplementing my diet with this product (and some others) I’d have fallen apart by now! I feel tired of course at the end of the day/week, but I recover quickly to crack on the following day!! Early doors for me on this, but this collagen Protein seems like good stuff. It is unflavoured, & I have it mixed with high juice orange squash & 5g of BCAA powder. I take it as intra workout shake on workout days only, as opposed to pre & post workout as it is recommended. This is because Wesley Vissers said collagen peptides work most effectively in an intra workout drink due to the blood flow from intense training. Any way, mostly hoping it will aid joint health. It mixes well, & only has a very slight twang to the taste (even though unflavoured). Zero complaints here. Goes Well With: High juice squash & water
this was my first purchase. Before buying I read the reviews and most of them contained 'too sweet' - I decided to purchase one vanilla and one unsweetened bag in case the vanilla powder is too sweet so I can mix them in 1:2 ratio (1 vanilla, 2 unsweetened spoons). Turned out I made the right decision, the vanilla flavor was so sweet I could hardly drink it. Havent tried the other falvors yet. Advice to MYPROTEIN - PUT LESS (MUCH LESS) SUGAR/SWEETENER INTO THE FLAVORED VERSIONS. Your clients are mostly active people - gym goers, runners...etc...we dont drink suggary drinks. Goes Well With: coconut milk is a great option (with vanilla flavor)
