These little locking loops have so many uses around the house. They are strong and the adhesive is secure. I have cut them in half when using them on light weight items ie:: small pictures which are almost weightless. Easy to remove, reposition. I used them to install under cabinet lights in the kitchen and over the washer. I recommend them.

I will be moving and will use these again at my new house! Just took a whole bunch of 8x10 frames off the walls without any destruction or holes left in the walls. They came off the wall just like the directions indicated. These are the best invention!

They don't hold! I have used them fur several years. I keep my house cool year round. They work great...in the beginning but slowly and totally unexpectantly, they release; either from the wall or the picture frame! I have had several picture frames break, leaving glass on my floor. I am so disappointed that they don't hold because I don't like putting holes in my wall, but Command strips are nit cheap so I feel like I am throwing money away.

We were using these to help hang items at our house. We wanted to hang a chess board and a few pictures on the walls. One picture was the exact height of a bullhead wall so this was our only option to hang with it drooping down lower than the bulkhead. Only thing we wished was they were higher weight allowance.

For example, my picture above the toilet fell off the wall, Breaking the top of the toilet tank, as well as the toilet seat and toilet paper holder. A $12 item now just cost me hundreds of dollars in damage, and there’s no one to talk to you about this and nothing that can be done. Also there’s damage on my walls it did not come off easily. I don't know why it worked for anyone else but the moment I peeled the backing off I noticed there was no stick. It felt like one of those kids' stickers that's meant to peel off easily and not damage anything. So of course it fell off as soon as I tried to hang something. I attempted on a completely smooth surface so texture wasn't the problem, it just wasn't sticky.
If I could give these 0 stars I would. I'm replacing the pictures in my frontroom. I've hung all my other pictures with Command Strips. I have hung 4 pictures with strips out of this package. So far 2 of those 4 have fell. Both broke. Neither picture were anywhere close to the weight limit. I had put strips on all 4 sides of the picture. There's absolutely no reason this should of happened.

Recently, I repainted my daughter’s bedroom and bought these to hang up framed prints -poster size, a white board, a memory board,and a full length wall mirror. These strips didthe job wonderfully! I also used these strips previously for these same items, and when we prepped the walls to be painted, the old command strips came off very easily. One spot left a little residue, but I was able to remove it easily. I did not give 5 stars because of the little bit of residue, but mainly because of the price. As much as I like using them, they are a bit over-priced. There are some new Command products out there that I would love to purchase, like the little jewelry hanger, but will not spend $20 on it. Too much!
So these seem like a great idea. And when you first hang pictures up, they work pretty well. But over time, we've had at least 4 pictures fall off the wall randomly because the sticky side came un-stuck from the picture frames. All 4 of the pictures/frame broke, so like a few other users, we also had well over $100 of frames/art to replace. Some stayed up for a year or so, one just stayed up about 2 years and then fell. It's just that...there's no way of knowing when this is going to happen, sometimes it's in the middle of the night.
