Coppernox 26cm Fry Pan
This SCANPAN Coppernox 26cm fry pan expands on traditional cookware with its unique construction. The base is impact bonded with a copper wedge for rapid and even heat distribution. To assist with heat retention and elimination of hot spots, the copper wedge is enveloped by 2 layers of aluminium with stainless steel surrounding the entire piece. This combination provides optimal heat diffusion and control. The range features cast stainless steel handles with soft touch and comfortable silicone inserts and a internal mirror polished 18/10 stainless steel finish. The range is suitable for all energy sources, including induction. It is oven safe to 220°C. Do not use harsh scourers Routine Cleaning After cooking, do not put cold water in hot pan ; wait until cool, remove all food and fat residue using hot soapy water and nylon cloth/brush ; Heat tint or streak marks can be caused by excessive high heat. Do NOT use excessive high heat. To remove streak marks, mix 2 table spoons of bi-carb soda with water to create a paste. Apply the paste with a soft cloth in circular motion, then rinse off as normal. Whilst the range is dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended to extend the life of the product. For even better results, use the SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner for an "as new" finish.

These pans are incredible to cook with. I have had a scanpan wok for years but was reluctant to spend the money on frypans. I wish I had bought them years ago instead of wasting money and being sucked in to numerous other cheaper brands. Now have bought 3 frypans of different sizes which will last me for years and are a delight to use.Appliances online were wonderful. Priced matched and delivery was free and arrived the next day.Do yourself a favour and buy at least one.

Best frying pan ever. I have a ceramic cook top which is not suitable for my cast iron frying pan.This stainless steel pan cooks brilliantly. Follow the instructions and preheat pan until a drop of water sizzles then add oil heat then start cooking. Food won’t stick and steaks and fish cook beautifully. So easy to clean!

Wow! This arrived today and ai couldn’t wait to use it. I heated it until water beaded and cooked some beautiful lamb loin chops and they perfect! Better than non stick that is for sure. Everything was cooked evenly with a gorgeous crust. So quick, and clean up was super easy. I am so impressed.

These pans are incredible to cook with. I have had a scanpan wok for years but was reluctant to spend the money on frypans. I wish I had bought them years ago instead of wasting money and being sucked in to numerous other cheaper brands. Now have bought 3 frypans of different sizes which will last me for years and are a delight to use.Appliances online were wonderful. Brilliant pan but you must follow the instructions properly. If you do, it is a breeze to clean. Even burnt on food wipe out after soaking the pan cold. I will be purchasing another size. Enjoy!
Great healthy option compared to pans with non-stick coatings. Even heat distribution. Easy to clean. Able to use Gumpton when needed. Nice weight and balance. Nice design. Durable.
Great Frypan, thought i may have made a mistake by getting the smaller model 26cm, instead of 28cm, but it turned out perfect for my gas, and heats up evenly, and cleans easily with warm water and sponge ! Delivery was very fast in three days also, Shane in Perth
BUY IT!We were a little nervous to start cooking on a non stick but have been looking to make the change for a while and we are glad we did. The instructions are clear for first time stainless steel users and our food cooks evenly everytime. We have since removed all our non stick cookware and have made the jump to the entire Scanpan stainless steel range!
Simply the best frypan I’ve ever purchased !! It takes a little longer to heat up than my old ally non-stick pan but the heat is retained and with the copper insert the heat is spread evenly over the entire base of the pot !? Highly recommended to all !!
We had to purchase new pans for our induction cooktop. The Scanpan Coppernox range look stylish with the copper base. Heat distribution is even and the pans hold temperature longer. A pleasure to cook with.
Obviously very well made . Good quality and heavy . My first stainless steel pan , so still figuring out how to use it well . Despite pre heating using the water method , occasionally it’s been sticking and been quite difficult to wash off . However , cooking steaks on this pan has been class . Would still recommend this pan for anyone considering .
