This set of Corelle in the 10.5 inch splendor square dinner plates, was the prefect selection for our dinner party! The design was absolutely beautiful and the dishes are very durable. They don't chip, or break easily and can be placed in the microwave and dishwasher for easy clean up. The size is quite large, and I love the square shape! These dishes can be used for the family dinner or a fancy party, there are so many patterns and styles and with the pricing they're easily affordable to have more than multiple designs.

I genuinely love this brand and have never had any issues. They are durable (and the couple that have broken were quickly and easily replaced by the company) and reasonably priced. The only reason I didn't do a 5 star was that we have some that we've used for a couple years at this point that have begun to fade (keep in mind this is with near daily use and frequent trips through the dishwasher, so I can't be that upset).

My husband bourght me the Splendor square plates set 3.5 years ago, after we updated the kitchen. This was our 4th set of Corelle in 46 years. I am SO Disappointed by the degree of fading of this set. The print is barely visible on the set now. All our dishes have been put through the dishwasher, including a set from my parents that has to be over 20 years old, it has Blue flowers on it. It looks almost new, especially compared to the Splendor set. I contacted Corelle but the warranty only covers breakage/ cracks, etc, not fading. I inquired what in the Process has changed as obviously something is different, but that was not at all addressed. I refuse to buy dishes that after 3 years need to be replaced. I will be looking at another company for my everyday dishes.

I purchased a dozen of the Splendor Dinner plates and a dozen of the lunch plates. I have put up with the warped plates however it has been incredibly disappointing that the designs have faded. Both these plates in the photos were bought at the same time! I still have Corelle plates from over 30 years ago which have never faded. When I called customer service they told me they do not cover fading. Very disappointed. I had so looked forward to using this plates for many years.
First off I love how durable Corelle dinnerware is. Although it is not unbreakable it will take abuse when thrown at it. I have very naughty dogs who have been known to grab dishes off the counter and drop them on the floor and the Corelle dishes will not break, crack, or chip. They are microwave safe and dishwasher safe. They stack nicely in my cupboard taking of minimal space. The Splendor plate is a pattern of red and gray scrolls that are modern and pretty. I like the idea of a square plate it seems to have more room on it, and my food doesn't have to touch each other.
I ordered six 10.5 inch plates and six 9 inch plates and I received twelve 9 inch plates in two different shipments. I was charged for six 10.5 inch plates which cost more than 9 inch plates.
I recently broke my dominant arm. I love my dinnerware and china but can no longer easily pick it up or carry it; I’ve even dropped them…. Resulting in a broken mess! This Corelle Splendor is stylish, fashionable, lightweight and unbreakable. I love it! I wish I’d had it long before my broken arm
These plates have the strength and durability you would expect from Corelle, but so much more style! I grew up with the ugly green-flower-border Corelle plates from the 70's, which my mom still uses today, so for a long time I refused to even look at anything Corelle as a possibility in my home. But these Splendor square plates are so modern, pretty and stylish (as are a lot of their other current designs.) I have definitely changed my opinion of Corelle after buying these!
I found one of these at a Kroger. In fact, it was the only one. My breakfast is usually and bagel and sausage. A regular small plate is a bit too small for the sausage and putting cream cheese on the bagel and a dinner plate is too big. This "salad" plate is the perfect size and I could use it for a salad. To get 4, I ordered 3 more from Corelle. Order arrived within a few days. And I love the pattern on the plate.
I have 2 sets of plates but I bought these for dessert dishes when I have company. They have just the right feel and just a distinct difference to set a very nice table. I get a lot of complements on them. I love them.
