This case isn't the cheapest, but it is pretty good.Only real downside is that Corsair don't set their case fan RGB up to be added to normal RGB ports in motherboards.I have 1 x airflow and 1 x solid panel. There is a noticeable difference in noise level between the cases and a slight difference in temperature. It would be great if the swappable panels were easily available.I have big hands and I appreciate the space within the case.Side panels are also easy and quick to remove and add.

Corsair 5000D Airflow black. this case is great has plenty of space for whatever you want to install in this case. Have 6 sp120rgb fans on the front and side one sp120rgb rear and h150 capellix 360 aio on the top.gpu and CPU temps are in good range with this setup very happy. Back of the case you can fit all fan controllers that come with corsair aio and rgb products and all of your psu cables so space is plenty. Keep in mind the black model has pretty dark tint on the glass panel so if you want crystal clear view of your components get the white model. love the classic box shape of this case simple but very elegant.

First of all i love this thing. Its great! Upgraded from a Fractal Design Meshify C. My main problem with the Meshify C was that i wasnt able to fit my corsair aio because the corsair vengence rgb stuck out too much. Its was a good starting case but it was too small to go big. I see a couple ads for the the 4000D airflow and I'm sold. Did a little research and took a chance knowing that it might not fit all of my components. Got the white one because i have a white build. The color scheme matches my corasir keyboard perfectly. Same white and grey. Case is a good build quality. Not flimsy and cheap at all. Its nice and solid. The front mesh is thin enough to allow for a lot of airflow but also thick enough to grab dust. Back to my main dilemma. This case WILL allow you to use a corsair aio with corsair rgb ram, just as a corsair case should. They allowed for enough clearance. The caveat is that it will allow a 240mm aio but not a 280mm aio if you are using corsair rgb ram. Which works out for me perfectly. Before showing the temps here are the specs. I9-9900k Gtx 1660ti 32GB corsair vengence rgb Corsair h100i rgb platinum se 6 corsair LL120RGB fans Temps during gaming hover around 60c at most for the cpu. Gpu never goes above 60c. When folding the cpu might get to 70c at 4.5Ghz, 100% all cores. This case allows for great airflow. And the aio is great also. If you're curious i have the aio mounted on the top. I wouldve given this case 5 stars but it did come with a good little scratch on the glass panel. So I'm only giving it 4. Will update this review in the future if anything changes.

Definitely get your 3.5" drives mounted and in first thing before power supply or you'll have a hell of a time getting them in. Overall I love the case, it's clean and simple and everything either easily pops on and off or a few screws to unscrew. It's roomy, but if you have a very large GPU you'll have to remove the cable shroud for things to fit nicely
I recently built a new PC to replace my old 1700X/1080 TI rig, and after reading a few reviews and watching Gamers Nexus videos I decided on the Corsair 4000. I outfitted it with an MSI Meg X570 Unify motherboard, 3700X (placeholder for a 5950X),. EVGA 3090 FTW3, 1200W EVGA power supply. The case comfortably fits 6 120MM fans or 5 140MM fans. If you shift the fan upwards, you can probably fit a 140MM in the rear. The airflow is very good. I don't usually hear my 3090 even when playing Cyberpunk 2077 or AC Valhalla on max settings. I wish the case had a separate microphone jack on the top of the case next to the headphone jack but I can live with running the cable from the microphone to the rear of the case. The box the case came in was dented but the packing between the Home Essentials Direct box and the Corsair box prevented any damage to the Corsair box or case. The tempered glass was pristine. The magnetic mesh flap on the top of the case is nice. There is ample room behind the solid panel to run all of your cables through and attach a couple SSDs. I have two 2 TB Samsung 860 EVOs attached behind the motherboard and another sitting above the power supply enclosure. There is a drive cage in the power supply enclosure but my 1200W and the cables took up the entire space.
Awesome case with lots of room for watercooling. Managed to fit some corsair led strips to the top and front for some rgb bling.
Great product ... and if I were doing another build, I'd certainly look at this puppy as a real choice.
This case made for a very smooth assembly, I would recommend it to anyone.
First off want to say the case is pretty well built with great little features and tools. The manual, however, is a bit lacking. Some of the parts can be less straightforward to replace or even remove in the first place. Nothing mindblowingly complicated, just could use some decent clarification on where things are hiding. For anyone thats curious, I do have a 1200w Leadex fully modular LONG PSU and it does fit fine, if you do most of the wiring and remove the HDD cage first. The other professional reviewers have done a better job on all the rest.
it's about all i had to say
