This pan is amazing! The quality and craftsmanship is superb and I am still shocked that it only cost a fraction of the price of a Le Creuset given that you hardly tell them apart. I’ve used it twice now and it cooks like a dream. Cleanup is very easy. Make sure you read the directions and refrain from using metal utensils with this pan. I love the colour and I cannot wait to receive the second pan I ordered.

I was looking for a not too shallow, not too deep braising pot. Everything was too small or big. This was the Goldilocks of pots for me. This works for making chunky stew-like /risotto-like recipes that require braising/searing. It also works well for Indian curry dishes or rice based dishes like biriyanis.

This is my second crock pot cast iron pot and I am obsessed. I’m so happy with the quality of them and super easy to clean. I have one in turquoise and now in pink. Thinking of adding a third in a different size
I bought it for my daughter since she loves to cook. But it's better than a pot. You don't have to cook your food all the way. Like it will cook from the heat for about 30 minutes after you prepare the food. It will be overdone if you cook it completely and leave it in this pot. It's the reason why I purchased it. I leave my food in there and let it simmer without anyheat after I cook it and leave the lid on. A friend of mine told me about these pots. So like don't cook your rice all the way or the chicken can be cooked while it's in the pot.
Arrive on time and was packaged well. Nothing broken or chipped. Beautiful and heavy. Cooked food with no sticking of the meats but of course the seasoning stuck to the bottom. Easy to deglaze the pan to remove the bits. Washed up nice after letting soak with dawn and hot water. Scrub mommy paste finished up the job but it was over easy to clean and back looking like new. Would recommend!
I just received this today and opened the box to wash it. On the inside of the pan I immediately noticed several spots where the ceramic glaze is bubbling/raised. I can't tell if the coating just went over some rough spots in the pan or if it's actually bubbling. It's also much heavier than I realized it would be. Considering taking this back.
A really heavy duty cooking piece that holds a lot of food and cooks it evenly. A must have kitchen essential for someone who likes to make big meals.
Crock-pot brand of enameled cast iron seems quite good, though it's noticeably heavier than the "French brand " that is better known and 3x the price. This braiser is an impressive size and shape and works fine. Be sure to inspect the pan quality upon delivery for chips. Good buy.
Am so pleased with my braised pan! I have used almost everyday since I got it! And because of it I got me a second one!
