After having 3 Apple brand charging cords for my iPhone break in the end where it inserts to the phone I came across this Australian made cord. Was impressed by its stainless steel joining ends and super strong braided Kevlar cord, do no more exposed and broken wire connections. Added bonus of 2 metre long cord too. This is a brilliant Australian designed and made product, it’s a winner.

Purchased 2 of these for the long warranty. One broke after the first day of use. The second lasted a week but due to target staff not being very friendly when I returned the first one I haven’s replaced the second one. The replacement one is also broken now too. No name thin cords last a year for me so these are not good value at all.

I bought this cable to charge my iPhone and the outer metal part has broken off and gotten stuck in my phone. I purposely chose to buy from this brand as they have good reviews and the cables look good quality, but I am extremely disappointed. I have only had this cable for 3 months and it has broken. I won't be repurchasing!!!! I would love to get a refund as I spend good money on this cable. Very disappointing!!!!!!

Lost my thinkPad USB C to USB C power cable and couldn't wait for an original replacement, and my iPad USB C to USB C cable wouldn't handle the full current (laptop gave a warning of slow charge), but this cable worked properly with no warning. Glad I paid the extra for this 100 watt capable cable.
I bought four of these cables a couple of months ago, only one is still functioning. They were great at first but now both iPhone & iPads either don’t register the lightning connection or we get an error message that the device is not supported and it won’t charge. Old Apple cables are connecting without problem. A lot of money for such a short time.
I purchased this cable to replace one for my iPad. It is a nice sturdy cable and appeared to be doing the job, however it keeps cutting out while charging and requires me to unplug it and put it back in to the iPad a few times every time I use it. I have to keep checking to make sure it isn’t saying “not charging”. I will be returning it as I assume I received a faulty one and it isn’t just an inferior cable.
Don't buy first cord lasted almost 2 months and started freying at the base with wires exposed took back to store to exchange as this has a 5 Yr warranty they gave me another one and a month later the metal peace has broken off inside of the phone without using any force at all.
I bought this exact product the other day, and on the packaging it clearly states 5 YEAR WARRANTY. On this website it states 2 year warranty, and on the Cygnett website it states that all of their products come with 2 year warranty. The reason I bought this product was for the 5 year warranty, which was the selling point stated by the salesman at JB Hifi. It is on the Cygnett packaging, and not just a sticker. This needs to be fixed - there is either a mismatch with packaging or what is stated on the websites - either way false advertising.
Bought this two weeks ago at Harvey Norman in Gosford, to keep in my car. I should have known better than to buy non-Apple cables, as I have had issues with this in the past. I thought I’d try again as this cable is clearly more rugged than the Apple versions, but sadly it stopped working after 4 days. I tried on different chargers and on different Apple products, but none worked. Unfortunately I didn’t keep the receipt as the cable was working when I first tried it, so I felt confident enough to chuck the receipt in the bin. I suppose that was an expensive lesson.
I have bought 2 in the past 4 months and they break so easily. they just stop charging randomly and it's a waste of money. bought one literally less than a week ago and it's already broken.
