This cable is amazing! Having said that, like all things, it’s not the sturdiest. Keep your receipt, that 2 year warranty is amazing and has helped me replace one that broke 2 weeks after I bought it. Otherwise, I can’t fault it.

Bought two cygnet cables for an iPhone and both were broken within a year. You might just as well buy the cheap ones, total rip off.

Can't rate it low enough. Quality of this was appalling. It lasted 2 weeks and had temperamental connectivity. I got it replaced no problems but just need to know they aren't all perfect. My lightning one works perfectly no issues at all. I think it was just a bad batch.

This is ANOTHER cable that breaks. Definitely not worth the money. Taking it back today. Lasted less than a month. Just stops charging for no reason. Have to jiggle the cord all the time to get it to work.
Great length of cable, perfect for behind couches or middle of the bed powerpoints, charges phone with no problems and the armoured cable is still flexible
Been using the Cygnett chargers for years. Always eventually broke (usually a year down the track), until they remade them into this type. I’ve gone through 8 in the past year - and am on my third one in two weeks. Very prone to charger tip breaking off, losing wiring connection to then stop working or charging slow out of no where. One good thing, JB does replace, refund OR swap within 12 months for damage if you’ve got the receipt, box or transaction number on you – so luckily I haven’t had to ‘purchase’ a new one in the past year. Wouldn’t recommend UNLESS you need the length. It is a fantastic cord despite the obvious fact of being fragile.
Definitely a great product but even after some casual use it has inevitably got some wear and tear. This cable has lasted longer than others I have used in the past but the "armour" has come loose after 6 months of use and the cable needs to sit "just right" to charge. The length is great though and I really recommend 3M cables!
I thought I would finally spend excessive amount on money on a decent cable hoping it would last longer and charge faster. Well don’t waste your money, yes one month on it’s still working but I’ve never had a charger cable charge so slow. I put my phone on charge when I go to sleep at night and it only charges 30-50% in 7-8 hrs. It’s so bad. Not even the cheapies are that bad. Not happy at all. Especially being a studying single mother who is not on very good income at the moment.
The charger bit that goes into your phone broke off, I wish I read these reviews before buying, was excited to buy a 3 metre charger cord as it was more convenient but very disappointed as have only had it a couple weeks
I bought one of these recently for my son to charge his iPad. It doesn't fully fit in the iPad charging port and keeps stopping and starting while charging. It takes forever to fully charge his device. I would not recommend this product!!
