I bought this to put on a pool gate. Nice to see an australian made product. The hinge seemed well made, but on my gate, which is just a light steel gate that weighs maybe 10 kg, the springs just weren't strong enough to close the gate unless you released it from more than about 45 degrees open, so it was pretty much useless. I had to replace it with an adjustable tension hinge which worked a lot better. Maybe it would suit a lighter gate, or one where closing completely wasn't so critical.
