I ordered by phone a replacement wireless keyboard for my Dell 3-in-1, which I very much like. My 3-in-1 is white. I was told by the sales rep they had white keyboards in stock. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Except it was beige. Beige is not white. So my keyboard & mouse no longer match my motherboard. I pride myself on having a home office that looks neat and professional. Mismatched computer parts do not reinforce that look. Disappointing.

Had to order this twice. The keyboard that came with the computer had alpha rubbing off before warrantee was out. But I didnāt do anything. Then I had to order replacement from dell to get white/ light color. First order was a dud. Cost me hours of trying to make it work, and hours of tech support who really didnāt want to help because the computer was out of warrantee. They finally decided the first order was a dud and I had to return it. No notice of refund yet. Second order came and it worked like it should. Seems to be a better product than the original, which was fisher/price quality. Dell is not what it used to be.

Mouse: Compared to a Microsoft Surface mouse, the buttons feel a bit cheaper but not much. Texture on sides is a good feeling. Unlike the Surface mouse, this has an on/off switch, which I prefer. Mouse feels good in my palm. Keyboard: Compared to a Microsoft Surface keyboard, keys feel a bit more difficult to press down but are not loud. Kinetic feedback is good.

I loved the price for the set! The color matches my Inspiron system so that was a perfect match. The keyboard is good all except upon delivery the āslip guardsā had already come off which is very disappointing since that keeps it from sliding around on my desktop. Otherwise itās good. The mouse seems to be working fine right now. I just hope the set lasts awhile .
I like this combo. I prefer a bit of a resistance and click when I type and this keyboard provides that. I do however wish the keys werenāt so shallow and flat where they run together. I like them to stand a little higher but these definitely arenāt bad. The mouse is basic (which is what I wanted) and works perfectly for a general office mouse. I am a bit worried how long the mouse will last. The dongle is stored inside the mouse. Instead of just clipping into the underside of the mouse, you have to pop off the top ālidā of the mouse. Iām afraid over time the lid will break or wear out and not stay on snugly. Time shall tell. This set is definitely plug and play, but you can also customize button/key settings. Key board looks not very reliable . The design for holding batteries is bad . No light indicator to see if it on or off. The finish is mat white so chances are it will become yelloish white in 1 year . Majorly the mouse is inferior quality click sound mouse bundled . There is no point to bundle such mouse while people are going for silent mouse . I like Dell products but this is my first product I did not like it .
Nice keyboard and mouse but not 'one of the quietest wireless keyboards' as advertised. Will use for now but will probably replace it later. Already replaced the mouse with a quieter one. Disappointed in both as far as being quiet which is why I got them. Also, not the bright white like previous keyboards I have from Dell, kind of greyish tint if that matters to you. Mine is on a white modern desk so it shows up.
Keyboard and mouse are great, however they are more of a gray color and not white. I have a white all-in-one Dell computer and this purchase was a replacement for the white keyboard and mouse that came with the computer. This new keyboard and mouse does not match my computer exactly since it has the gray tone to it. Also, the buttons on the mouse stick up more than my old Dell mouse and feels like I need to push it harder or even twice to register one click. The top/cover doesn't seem to be flush with the rest of the mouse and there is a space. Thus the need to push harder or double click. Very odd.
I like it. Decided to buy a cleaner looking board for work. This is definitely an upgrade from those dusty, old, grimy 2008 keyboards everyone is using. I like the look, looks more white in the picture but this is more of an offwhite/grey almost. It's bluetooth so I was able to get rid of more wire which I appreciate. Packaging was good and setup was easy. Just a good keyboard, maybe a little more of a push needed per button but not bad. I actually really like the mouse though.
So 1st thing to note: it is not white, itās 100% dull and pale grey. The person who wrote the description must have been looking at a different product. It works. It is however fairly noisy and it feels extremely āplastickyā, it has that 70s,80s chap and rough plastic feel. I regret the purchase, as it is just aesthetically disappointing and not white, despite the description. Have zero time to fuff with returning it, so Iāll keep using it ( with my eyes shut so I donāt have to look at how ugly it is š).
