Awesome monitor that has all features integrated well & reliable. Love it.

Other than brightness customizations.I am using this monitor in conjunction with two new 27” Dell Monitors. Side by side the color is a match to the others and the resolution is equally crisp. I did dim the brightness of the monitor to make it a bit more muted. That confirms that this monitor will be a fit in all types of environments from dim to well-lit situations ensuring eye comfort no matter the light levels. The base is heavy and sturdy and sits well on my standing desk. It doesn’t excessively wobble or threaten to tip when raising or lowering the desk. The audio is crisp and clear from the monitor, which eliminates the need for external speakers, and I am able to control it with my computer. No special drivers or software.I find that the dimensions are not as narrow as other ultrawide monitors I’ve worked with. At 14 3/16 “ tall x 32” wide, the monitor matches the height of my existing 27” monitors making the look aesthetically pleasing.I installed a zoning software to help with window sizing and placement. Having a software such as this to manage program placement is a must. There are several free ones available. The features of the monitor allow for multiple devices to be connected to it. Using the built-in picture in picture feature, I can work with multiple devices on the same monitor. This eliminates the need to have a separate setup or workstation for computer repair, programming or secondary environments and keeps your work in front of you instead at another station, desk, or table where it can easily be forgotten about.Overall, I am pleased with the monitor and functionality. I especially like the aspect ratio as it’s not too narrow like many of the other ultrawide monitors I’ve worked with in the past. I would definitely recommend this monitor as a great addition to any environment.

Excellent wide work monitor

Excellent professional looking 34in monitor. I use this for whenever I work from home, and it’s been a massive step up from the previous 24in I’ve been using. I love that I can open two PDFs side by side and still be able to see the entirety of each. Spreadsheets are much easier to work on too, since I no longer have to keep scrolling left and right as much. Having so many USB ports and the ability to connect a laptop via USB-C is very convenient as well. Once you get used to it, it’s hard to ever think about going back to USB hubs everywhere. Can’t forget the imbedded speakers too, those things are very loud and fairly crisp. Good if you don't want to use USB-C *and* something else at once
6 January 2023

I have a PC connected via DP, and a (Dell) laptop connected via USB-C. Shutting down the laptop makes the display power off as well, regardless of the fact that my PC is still on. Powering display on again (I want to use that DP input now!) powers on the laptop as well. This is ridiculously stupid.Even putting monitor to standby (via DPMS) from the laptop makes it impossible to enter the menu to select another input. I need to make my laptop take the monitor out of its sleep, and *then* go to menu to switch inputs. It's such a PITA in normal operation that what I do now is: switch to DP input while the laptop is still on, then *disconnect* the laptop from USB-C input, open its lid, power it off.I would honestly prefer a DIP switch for switching inputs.

I purchased this monitor based on the great reviews it received by users and tech websites. I was not disappointed! The monitor is larger than I thought it would be, but I absolutely love it. I needed a monitor that could handle multiple screens as I am currently working remotely following surgery. My work desktop has three monitors with one of them positioned vertically for viewing PDFs. At home, I can easily view and read documents on the vertical screen and horizontal screen (I think my CPU needs a different card in order to view all three work screens). When not working from home, I love the monitor's ability to be sectioned into multiple screens with varying sizes. One of the best Ultrawide monitors for the office!
12 December 2022

I really like this Dell 34 inch monitor. It was so wide and I had a lot of room to do a quad tile setup using the Windows snapping feature. The curved feature was more prominent the closer I got to the monitor. It wasn't really obvious when I sat farther away from the monitor. The feature that I like the most is that the screen light technology makes my eyes less fatigued/stressed at the end of the day.My technician told me that this newer monitors have better blue light filter technology that makes a user's eyes less fatigued/stressed at the end of the day.I never got to try the PIP dual computer feature (where you can use two computers at the same time with two separate screens within the same monitor).I would definitely recommend this monitors to others ... MoreI really like this Dell 34 inch monitor. One of the very few Monitors with built-in KVM!
23 August 2022

Some work areas have a desktop, but we have moments where the user will bring their laptop since they work remotely. This monitor allows us to have all the accessories (Mouse, Keyboard, webcam, and ethernet port) connected to the monitor and use it on the device it needs. It is so convenient not to have to unplug the video and USB. All I do is plug in my laptop and switch the input on the monitor to have all the accessories connected from the PC to the laptop. The picture quality is great, as well as the colors. The built-in speakers lack some base, but this is only noticeable in music since you don't need that much base when listening to webinars or meetings. I would love to have dedicated volume buttons on the monitor. It is not a big deal, but it would be nice. Specialty since on Mac, the only option to change the volume is through the monitor. Since the volume control is nice and not a must-have, I'll give it 5 stars. The convenience of having the built-in KVM is the best feature on this monitor.

No dead pixels, no always on pixels, great USB-C hub, great KVM. Ultra wide format is wonderful for opening many windows at the same time. Only thing I would like them to add is more KVM channel support, I have more than one legacy PC I would like to hook to this and have KB and Mouse info ported to every specific input the system has, not just USB-C and one other. I intend to try a basic USB switched hub to see if I can direct the single USB output upstream to more than one PC manually.I don't game so 60Hz refresh is not a concern.I was worried about curvature and whether or not I would like it. The relatively low curvature still looks nominally flat upon viewing spreadsheets so I am now a fan of the low curvature.Color and consistency of color and brightness ... MoreNo dead pixels, no always on pixels, great USB-C hub, great KVM. Very helpful monitor!

I have been looking for an ultrawide monitor to use with my desktop and laptop. I was extremely impressed to find out that I can use one monitor for both at the same time, without having to move cables around. This is not a cheap, lightweight monitor. This thing has some strength to it! From the unpacking process to the setup for use, is straightforward. Looks like what Dell did to cut down on paper waste was to send a quick start guide to get monitor running, but you will need to go online to get full user guide to learn how to set up for dual system use. This monitor is capable of charging my Dell 7420 laptop and act as a docking station. That is very helpful!
