Hole is hard to fill from filter tap, it's quite small and the wider base means it's quite a squeeze to get it under the tap

Pros: Our second one, our first lasted many years and was really good so when the filter eventually wore through we though it was time for another and couldn't find anything as goodCons: Shame the filter is fixed so cannot replace if faulty.

Pros: This is a very stylish kettle with good capacity. The lid is easy to remove and the steam doesn't escape from it if you remove it to refill immediately after boiling.Cons: The water level section is very opaque. You literally cannot see the water level gauge unless you lift the kettle and hold it up to the light. Not sure why this section isn't clear plastic.
Pros: I am afraid their are not many good points I can say. I have been spoiled with a previous kettle, white with a diamond pattern which I loved and still do. Have not discarded yet. I wanted a yellow one so the colour was my mayor incentive. The yellow too could have been more vivid . This one looks a little drab in a yellow kitchen!Cons: The spout of the kettle is not as pointed and precise which was very important for my filter coffee, the lid gets hot and is hard to remove. The most annoying thing is the water indicator. You cannot see how much water goes in, since the whole bar is not clear but frosted. My old kettle, same brand, but white is perfect. Good spout and clear glass. Don't know what happened to this design.

Cons: I bought this as a replacement of one the same. This one is not as slick as the handle is sharp and catches your hand when using/filling. I have tried to contact the supplier but it has proved impossible!
