Pros: Looks good. Makes good crema and cappuccino.Cons: The tamper could be built in and the reservoir could be bigger.

Pros: water tank holds enough to make 4 or 5 good sizes beakers. Steams and froths milk beautifully...and it's hot! Coffee holder locks in and out with ease. Whole machine is easy to clean quickly.Cons: If the drip tray was transparent, you'd be able to see when it needed emptying. The overflow decants via an out of sight spout to the worktop beneath the machine and could mark a solid wood finish. Beware.

Pros: Nice looking, not as super noisy like other machines can be.Cons: A big problem is loss of power during milk frothing, something thay in my opinion really hinders the whole experience. This problem though seems to affect every home coffee machine and I really wish it could be solved one day.Another "problem" is the steaming wand design that doesn't make it easy to control how the milk is frothed: with my old DeLonghi Micalite i solved this by removing the plastic cilinder around it and using it without, but with this machine it seems not to be possible as the steaming wand is a bit loose itself and explodes like a champagne cork ending up flying around the house.
This is my third Delonghi espresso machine an the cheapest yet. It brews and froths to a high standard for such a basic machine. In my opinion its well worth buying, if you only got 2 years out of it - its money well spent.
Simple to use. And makes a fab barista style coffee. For the price this is a bargain. Highly recommended.
Cons: My first machine didn't work. I phoned Delonghi and they said it sounded like the pump and to return it. The second one arrived and still didn't work. The exact same thing.
Pros: Option to use ese coffee pods much easier for my parents. Nice hot coffee and plenty of power to froth the milkCons: Feels a little lightweight but for price fantastic
Absolutely delighted with this purchase. It looks brand new and nobody could tell it's refurbished. It came thoroughly cleaned and didn't have a scratch on it. Makes excellent coffee. It's built like a tank and every single part feels sturdy and made to last. Pros: 1. Heats up quickly 2. Creamer works great 3. Easy to clean Cons: Haven't come across any. I would've liked something that stops after dispensing 1 or 2 cups automatically but that's wishful thinking at the price. This is perfect for what I paid and much more.
Pros: with high pressure gets more goodness than a cafetiere. Besides heating milk, a steamer is useful to heat up any drink
