I was starting to loose faith in the newer Dewalt cordless products and then there was the grease gun. This thing is amazing and powerful. It frees up stuck fittings like nothing, runs forever on a single battery and cuts maintenance times significantly. Its a little heavy but NOT disposable like others. 5-6 14oz tubes of high pressure grease werent even a little difficult in an hour or so. This thing is amazing!!!

Love the 10000 psi will push gease in fittings that my old 4000 psi hand gun wouldn't gease, great for my backhoe and equipment. Have a pneumatic gun but the air hose was always a hassle. The battery holds up good for one tube of gease and I like the light when under the machines but not that big of deal I like the strap better. Been looking at battery operated guns for years but all my cordless tool were Dewalt and was glad to find a new tool that I could use my same batteries. I recommend this gun for someone that has equipment, mowers or farm tractors like me. C.W.

DeWalts 20v platform grease gun is a great tool when frequent use is required. The only thing I could possibly call a con is its weight. Its a heavy tool, but thats the price you pay for quality. The full kit which includes a case is definitely worth the price. I definitely recommend this tool.

This grease gun is the same high quality as my other Dewalt tools. It has variable speed, which is nice to be able to vary the delivery of grease to match the joint I'm greasing and it uses the same battery as my other Dewalt tools.
What are you waiting for? I should have bought it a long time ago but the cost was a little steep for the amount of equipment I have. So, like you I nixed the idea till I bought my new Scag zero turn and decided time to step up and quit aggravating myself trying to do a three handed job with 2 hands. I am soooooooooo glad I did and you will too as soon as you buy this from CPO outlets. Awesome folks! Always at the top of their game with service!
Makes greasing my tractor a breeze. I've never liked traditional grease guns as they never seem to work out well. All I've had before is the traditional "pump" style guns that require two hands to operate. With no way to hold the coupling at the end of the hose to the zerk, and without fail, the end would not stay on some zerks and grease would end up everywhere. Not the case with this as it only takes one hand to operate, freeing up the other to hold the coupling on to the zerks that need a little nudging! I can't speak to the longevity of this tool as I have not owned it long, but it has worked great the few times I've used it. Bought this product to grease my dozer. I couldnt be happier there are about 15 grease fitting that have to be greased every 8 hours some of them in hard to reach places. This tool has cut the time in half and makes it so much easier. One fitting always gave me trouble never wanted to take grease, but this tool powered through with ease. They say grease is the cheapest thing you can buy to maintain equipment. So I feel like this tool is well worth the investment. Cuts down on the time and makes the job way easier
This is my second DeWalt grease gun, not because the first one broke, but for a friend! Best grease gun I have ever owned! Used on track hoe, front end loader, lawn mowers and even a car once and a while!
I love this thing, I've been greasing farm equipment and heavy equipment for 45 years. I've used a variety of styles of grease guns, for the last 25 years I've been using an air powered version. Seems like the air hose was always getting under the creeper or wrapped around something. This battery powered gun is super ! I have only used this once but am looking forward to using it again. I would totally recommend this
If youve ever operated a crank grease gun you will certainly love this tool. Once loaded you can service many large pieces of equipment on just one tube of grease. Then you can load another tube quickly and get back to work. This tool has the ability to be loaded from a large container of grease or use individual replaceable tubes. Someone really thought this tool out before producing, and with the handy shoulder strap you can have both hands free to complete your operation! Really glad I bought it!
