If I could give it zero stars I would. I understand its cheap as far as telescopes go however this is no better than something you'd expect to find in a $2.50 showbag. The build quality is so poor no one involved in its production can honestly believe its anything other than complete rubbish. More effort has gone into the cardboard box it came in than the telescope itself. The tripod and its rotation mechanism is so flimsy its near impossible to keep anything in view and if by chance you are able to line something up, smply touching the focus knob (let alone trying to focus anything) knocks it out of view due to the cheap flimsy plastic and thin aluminium it's made from. This would make any 8 year old give up any interest in astronomy they may have had leaving them ... MoreIf I could give it zero stars I would. If you're going to make/sell something like this at least have something that works, it's better to have something twice the price and functional than cheaper and completely useless .

DOES NOT WORK AT ALL.

Great quality telescope for kids
1 December 2023

This is a great quality telescope. Both my boys could see further than they have in their previous toy telescopes. The tripod is an added bonus.

Parts are always missing from the sets
22 January 2023

If there was an option for ZERO stars that’s what they would have gotten. Waste of time and money! Incomplete sets in the box. I’ve bought three things from them this past Christmas for my kids and all of them were missing parts! I most definitely would NOT recommend anybody buying anything from them!

Piece of garbage please don’t give them anymore mo

This is absolute garbage, my son wanted to look at the moon and I was trying to boost his interest in astronomy, after trying to use this he is so disillusioned in it that he won’t even consider something that may actually work, all I did was waste my money

Rubbish purchase from Target got my sons birthday. Does not work AT ALL, I have a very upset, very disappointed 10 year old on my hands. A terrible shame, avoid at all costs, total waste of money.

My daughter loved it, we gave it to her for her 4th birthday.I would probably like it to be more kid friendly and design easier to store away but ok

Also agree, was brought for an xmas present to find out tonight we cannot see anything through it and it does not focus at all. Do not recommended. Waste of money. I should have brought the more expensive one 🥴
