Dr Teal's Eucalyptus & Spearmint Epsom Salt 1.36kg

I began using Dr Teal's Eucalyptus Spearmint Pure Epsom Salt Soaking Solution a week ago as well and I will say it has become part of my nightly routine. Overall I definitely would recommend to anybody with on going pains aches as the results are fast occurring within about 15-30 minutes, I felt so much less pain and discomfort! My muscles felt loosen up and my shoulders weren’t so stiff. My boyfriend decided to take a dip as well in the bath, he tends to be on his feet all day as a landscaper and it definitely reduced slight swelling on his foot (the bottom portion). It helped ease toe and shin pain as well!

My day to day is filled with stress. At the end of each day I draw a nice hot bath and pour in some Dr Teals Lavender Epson Salt. As the steam rises, the scent of lavender is already at work of bringing calm to my chaos. I get into the tub..ahh. It is said that Epson Salt contains magnesium. Dr teals epsom salts are a nice addition to any bath time. They help you relax with the great scent and help sooth your tires muscles. The oils also leave your skin silky smooth and moisturized after use, what more could you ask for. As I'm sure you can tell from all of my reviews I am a fan of this brand. The Lavender Epsom Salt Soak from Dr. Teal's was one of the first ever products I tried I bought it because my cramps were so horrible to the point of I wouldn't sleep I couldn't mentally or physically relax. The top two reasons I love the Lavender soak is that it will actually put me to sleep it helps to take away any physical aches I have. It's a pretty strong scent too so it really does surround your bathroom I love the way it smells during after my bath shower. I love taking baths expcially if I ache or have had to do a cleaning, painting or snow removal job where I live. I've had to deep clean several very dirty apartments and when I do I'm left very achy, sore and overtired because I'm always running a checklist through my head for the next day of work. I decided since I'm paid monthly and work hard I'd like to splurge on something I could use for relaxing in the bath. I picked Dr teals up at my local dg after looking for something that would help me relax. Usually I add this while the bath is running so it mixes well and allows the lavender smell to envelope the bathroom. The salts usually disintegrate fast compared to other brands where I've had to really stir to get the salt to mix and not make it feel like I'm laying in a Sandy/pebbled bath The bag usually lasts me about 4-6 baths as I do use more than they say. If I used the m recommend amount it would last me probably double that. I'd definitely recommend this it's a bit more expensive but it makes bath times feel like a luxury

It is ideal for those who have body aches all over. The bath allows you to come out refreshed. I was hoping for the bubbles to be more plentiful. It can take a while for the product to create that lovely bubble bath that you are looking for. It does not foam as much. I was looking for something more foamy and it takes a lot to get it to work. It is definitely above standard bubble bath besides the foam. The bubbles do last more than 10 minutes which I love! Overall, I feel that it helps to unwind. I enjoyed the scent but it doesn’t linger long after a bath. It dissolved quickly and feels great in a warm bath. This is one of the most refreshing ones I have. Brands that are cheaper doesn’t dissolve as easily in the water. It helps to clear your head and relax your muscles. You don’t need to use much at all to gain that effect. Afterwards, it leaves your skin feeling soft. My skin did not irritate after use. No need to worry for those with sensitive skin!

My Favorite Of All The Scents

I am a total Dr Teals junkie. I have a double width vanity that is packed underneath on at least half the width with all of the various Dr Teals salts (along with a few blends from another brand) and bubble baths along with a few bags of unscented epsom salt that I use half and half with all the varieties. I seriously love them all and I look forward to my nightly bath but this scent is by far my favorite when I just want to feel soft and pretty and relax. It doesn't have as much in the way of healing properties as some of the other blends but the epsom salt alone helps with my horrible back and arthritis pain, so I find it to be healing in it's own important ways. Review of the Dr Teal's Relax & Relief

The Dr Teal’s Relax and Relief set comes with Pure Epsom Salt Soaking Solution, Foaming Bath (Bubble Bath), Body Wash, Moisturizing Bath & Body Oil, and Body Lotion in the scent Eucalyptus and Spearmint. The Pure Epsom Salt is use to ease aches and soreness from muscle pains, and the eucalyptus is known to relax the body and mind. The scent smells amazing. I’m usually not a fan of strong Peppermint/Spearmint scents, but this was not strongly overbearing at all. The Foaming Bath (Bubble Bath) created bubbles in my bath, and the Body Wash lathers up very well. All in all, I love this set. This set is perfect for a gift for a friend or family member. I am excited to try the different scents from Dr Teal’s Pure Epsom Salt line because I really enjoyed this product.

I love the smell and the way it makes me feel. It smells great and it relaxes me. When I have a migraine it has been helpful in giving me some relief so that I can relax and either get some things done or relief so that I can take a nap. One day I was having a terrible migraine and had been on the road for almost 18 hours traveling. My best friend introduced me to this product and I have been searching for it ever since. It is hard to find at times so if you come across it, grab a few and stock up. But back to the story, she ran me some bath water and poured quite a bit of this product in the bath along with the same type of bubble bath and had the water hot but comfortable. I 💕💗💕💗 THIS PRODUCT! I’m obsessed w it! I found it bcuz my BFF sent me a few bags !I use it too, to exfoliate my skin in the tub I pour it into my hand and apply in circular motions on dry-ish skin .It leaves my skin glowing and a nice clean scent can be smelled for hours on your skin! I use the Spearmint and Eucalyptus as well that has an amazing scent too !Epsom salt is also great for any flowering bushes ESPECIALLY ROSES! I my roses look amazingIt is also great for your lawn it’s a nutrient flowering , fruit and grass needs !This product has many amazing uses!
