Dreame W10 Robot Vacuum and Mop Cleaner - White

Received via courier in a timely manner, downloaded the required software (android). Continued with the setup. Wow it's fast with vac and mopping and good with dog hair thank God. Would I recommend this product. Hell-Yeh!!!

Dreams W10 Robotic vacuum cleaner

Easy to operate and good suction options. I like that it recognise a carpet and provides and option to increase the suction when cleaning a carpet. One downside is that the mopping only allow using clean water, no detergent allowed inside the water container.

Excellent product. Our new best friend.

Easy to use and cleans very well. Is able to mop floors so they sparkle. Cleans whole 4 bedroom house with the battery.

Fantastic product.

Really quick delivery from the time of order. The product itself is amazing. I have laminate planks throughout the house and it vacuums really well but it's the mopping that excells. I can't get it that clean with a mop and bucket. I'd need to go over it twice with clean water but the W10 does it way better. The only minor cons is that there is a couple of small spaces that although it can fit, it can't turn around so it doesn't clean that well but I can definitely live with that. Also one of our rugs has tassles on the end and it gets caught so I just roll it up and move it before vacuuming. It's an old rug so the next one we get will have no tassles so again, I can love with that. Such a great time saver is this machine. If you can afford it I would recommend it ... MoreReally quick delivery from the time of order. The product itself is amazing. Forget the others. This is the one.

This unit is appropriately named. Such a dreame! It’s super intelligent and licks the Roomba self empty vacuum for mapping. And for the price the dreame is a no brainer up against the Roomba. Good suction and it mops better than any cleaner I’ve had. My floors actually sparkle. There’s no need for products in the water. No streaks left behind it can tell the difference in floors and won’t mop the carpet. My house has truly never been kept so clean. Your hand help vac and mop will be used only on the odd occasion. For the big messes and spills. Easy to set up and battery lasts ages. I can clean my house from anywhere in Australia because it uses wifi. Good features in the app too. Lots of setting and virtual walls and no go zones. LOVE THIS ROBOT! We call her Berta!

Gadget for computer people only

appliances on line never got back to me when I asked for assistance because it would not work with my wi fi and I wanted to change the product. If you are not tech savvy ....forget it.. Router apparently has be able to connect 2.4 ghz which I do not have....not easy to connect if you don't have split wi fi access .... had to go to my next door neighbour to be able to connect to my phone but when home again only works manually but not with phone because of access.. cleaning is ok but needs to be emptied regularly during cleaning and if you are not minimalist gets stuck on thicker rugs. tried using the mops but they only last a couple of minutes .... pointless really if you need to mop. Definitely not worth the money spent.

Great vaccuum

So far very good. I would say it cleans 95%-98% which is pretty good. Have used on both tiles and carpets. It has the ability to do both mop + vacuum together but that is one function i have not yet tried.

In awe of this product. Amazing!

In awe of this product. Absolutely the best purchase I have ever made. With a click of a button my tiled floors are vacumned and mopped to a shine. My carpets have never looked cleaner. Unbelievable suction. No rooms are left untouched. Well worth the price you pay, you won't be disappointed.

My new bestfriend.

I love this machine. Cleaning is so much easier. I often will vacuum first because I have 5 kids and no machine in the world can clean up after. I put the mop on most nights because I have a crawling infant. Its surprising how much dirt it cleans with the tiny mop pads.

Very impressed.

Was on backorder for a while, but after receiving the shipping notification, it did arrive within 6-14 business days. I have now received my Dreame Bot W10 and I am quite impressed. It does a great job of keeping my home looking neat and tidy. I have a four bedroom, two living room home and cats so cleaning daily had become a very big chore which took up a lot of time especially with a full time job. The Dreame Bot W10 has made a neat clean home easy to achieve with very minimal effort. The vacuum doesn't pick up absolutely everything (and it shouldn't, it is a robot afterall), but it hugs the skirting boards and gets into every space it can and the features in the app like being able to decrease/increase the suction as well as automatically increasing the suction ... MoreWas on backorder for a while, but after receiving the shipping notification, it did arrive within 6-14 business days. The vacuum doesn't pick up absolutely everything (and it shouldn't, it is a robot afterall), but it hugs the skirting boards and gets into every space it can and the features in the app like being able to decrease/increase the suction as well as automatically increasing the suction on carpeted areas are great as you can customise it to best suit your needs. It is great for the daily touch up clean and I am now only having to use my full sized vacuum once a week. With the mop function I find that it does a great job of keeping the tiles looking clean between regular mopping and I am now also only having to physically mop once a week. In the app, you can choose the humidity of the mop pads (another great function) and since my tiles are prone to showing streaks, I set it to slightly dry and now it is a strain to see any steaks when the robot is done. Overall, the Dreame Bot W10 does a fantastic job of keeping on top of the daily tasks and saves me a lot of time. In spite of the long wait, I highly recommend this product as it is well worth the price.
