I was unsure of what previously coated the surface so thought an adhesion primer would be my best bet. Happy with application, good coverage and easy cleanup.

Dulux markets this as being able to stick to so many surfaces and "glazed tiles" really stood out to me. Most of the time manufactures can't guarantee products for anything with a glaze on it, and if they do its normally solvent based and not water based.I worked in the industry for 10 years and was eager to give this a go when some friends asked me to paint their bathroom tiles. I decided a test patch was the best way to go, and so I tested the primer on these tiles and did an adhesion test after a week to let the primer cure. It's ok, not as good as Dulux would have you believe, we did a test patch on sanded tiles and a path on non-sanded tiles. Reason we did both is because these tiles are quite glossy and incredibly hard to sand so if I could negate sanding ... MoreDulux markets this as being able to stick to so many surfaces and "glazed tiles" really stood out to me. This Dulux Precision adhesion primer is amazing. It's sprays through my sprayer with ease and covers really well. The finish is smooth and self levelling. Very little odour and washes up easily.
Makes painting over glossy surfaces so much easier.Practically no odour, but the greatest advantage of this product is that is water cleanup.
Rubbish, I follow the suggestion of Dulux, used this one spray on some Perspex letters for preparation, at the beginning looks fine, good adhesion, fast dry and odorless, but when I spray top coat on top, after 3 coats, still hard to make surface smooth and glossy, still look matt, there are too many different size grain on it, I need the surface at least low sheen finish, but hard to make it, this one only can make grainy finish, kind of rubbish.
I used it as a primer to prime my kitchen cabinets, cabinet door has kind of vinyl surface so thought this will stick to it. Waste of time and money as it comes off easier than normal paint by rubbing a finger
Used this to be the primer before I painted my cupboards with White Knight products. It was recommended by a paint team person. It has been 3 years now and ever so happy with both products. No peeling or flaking.
Great product to complete my vegie baths..Painted stark white acrylic baths ( new 2nds from plumbing store) when dry i painted heritage red to blend with my house... perfect result!! Brillant product.. paintingvso plastic pots with leftover!
Used it to prime some old oil based doors, and some new pre-primed skirting and architraves. With a good quality brush for cutting in, and a roller for larger sections, the product was very easy to apply. I will say the Dulux oil based primer is a lot thicker and adheres better, but this product was just so much easier to use. And no fumes.
