Its NOs monitor is more sensitive than the Kiddie brand CO detectors we use, and it is because of the Dyson that we discovered the installers made a mistake in the placement of the new furnace venting pipes. As a fan and air purifier these are wonderful. Might read (almost) the same dbl but without a blade, they are much more quiet and peaceful sounding than conventional fans with blades that become noisier as they run.

I bought this unit just over a month ago. I read the reviews before purchasing and most of them were positive, however, I’ve come to realise that the unit is only very average.The heating and cooling functions are not great and not poor, they are just average.The purifying function takes forever to clear the air and it’s quite noisy. It does its job but it’s certainly nothing to rave about. I’m neither unimpressed nor happy with this purchase. Like I said it gets the job done eventually, but wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for the price of $997.00. I gave it 3 stars because of how easy it was to set up and get going.

We have named him Cogsworth. The app is excellent and connects in seconds. You can control all features on the app that are on the remote but heat ( for safety reasons). You can even pick which 45°,90°, or 180° slice he will spin out of 360° on the app. The information displayed on the screen about your air quality and specifically what he’s getting out of the air is exceptionally detailed and even more so on the app. I can smell him clearing perfume or Febreze, which was sprayed much quicker than if he wasn’t in the room, and it was left to dissipate. I can even see him identify the type of particulate on the display when it’s sprayed. Overall, it's a great machine, five stars. I would definitely recommend it, but get one on sale.

After a year of owning the product, it suddenly stopped working. Initially, I wasn't worried because I knew the product was covered by the 2-year warranty as indicated on the QVC website.Confident in the Dyson brand, I called the provided number with the expectation that the product was covered by the "brand promise."Unfortunately, instead of receiving the customer care or warranty protection that was promised, I encountered a runaround, misinformation, and ultimately did not get a resolution to my problem.I now have a broken purifier, which I need due to my health challenges, and I am out of the money I paid for it.Since QVC advertised this product with a warranty, I also reached out to them for help with no success.I believe this company is at fault for ... MoreAfter a year of owning the product, it suddenly stopped working. I have a few frustrations with this machine. The biggest being it doesn’t purify or run when the temperature is set at what it is in the room. So it either has to be degrees hotter or colder than your room temp to even work. So I’m constantly increasing or decreasing the temperature so it actually runs which is frustrating especially considering you can’t adjust the temperature on your phone you have to do it from the remote. I don’t really understand the rational, what’s the difference from me using my phone VS using a remote to adjust the heat, it’s not like you can turn the heat up to 100 so I don’t really get that it’s made that way for safety. I like the aesthetic and how you can change the airflow front or backwards and adjusting the oscillation. I like there is the app functionality but wish you could adjust temperature with it. It was really easy to put together and not hard to figure out how to setup.

I've had the HP07 for more than a year now. The room I use it in is over an attached garage and is set up as an office. It tends to be cool in the winter and warm in the summer. The HP07 is very effective at heating the room in the winter and keeping me cool in the summer. The issue I have with the unit is an intermittent fan noise. Sometimes at low speed the fan makes a ticking sound like the impeller is touching something. At higher speeds it makes a high-pitched squeal that is very irritating. Sometimes it is quiet and makes little noise at all. It has had this issue since it was new and it has not changed with use. At the price point of the unit I would have expected a better quality appliance.

Also, during this past summer, we experienced a lot of smoke in our area due to the Canadian forest fires. Despite the high pitched whistling noise, the unit performed very well with keeping the air in my apartment clean during that time.Some general pros and consPros:-The iPhone app works well and is easy to use. Providing outdoor air quality information is a nice feature.-The air quality sensor and availability of serval air quality indicators for pollutants.-Seems to clean air very effectively.-Heat function works nicely.-Small footprint.Cons-The fan in this unit is not really an effective substitute for a traditional fan. I was initially hoping this could replace the fan I usually use when sleeping, but that wasn’t the case. In order to have enough air flow (at the level of a typical fan), you need to set the speed at a higher level which is too noisy to sleep.-My experience with the warranty service was not good. The fan started making noises again after just a few days and they left scratches on the machine. I think it would be fair to expect the service center to both fix the machine and not damage the machine in the process. I also didn’t like that they sent the machine back to me in a small box with very little packing material when I had sent it to them in the original box.Due to reliability concerns, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a good air purifier. Given the high cost and poor reliability, I regret buying this machine.

Please dedicate more time and focus towards foundational design issues instead of slapping on more software gimmicks.

My room is pretty large and has a weird shape, typical heaters struggle to throw heat properly. It all stays trapped in my conjoined office. With the Dysons having a high powered fan it can actually spread the heat throughout the room way more efficiently. It's been about 3 weeks with the TP07 and the experience has been even better. To me, it seems like the heating elements don't have to stay on as long to maintain the temperature set. It's much quieter. And the added connectivity is really nice to have too.
