We bought this for our new laminate floors. It does a great job. My only complaint about this product is detailed information is hard to come by. The book that comes with it helps, but does jot have all the information you need. I’m sure some of it is self explanatory, but more information would be awesome. Videos would be a dream. All in all I would highly recommend this product.

I purchased the Deebot T10 Plus in Nov 2022 with high expectations. I used it every day sometimes 3 times a day. I followed every instruction to assure that Deebot was up to date with maintenance, its parts, even ordered extra mopping pads, and an extra acessory kit. I am a the type of person that always keeps my home clean and even the tools I use are always in great condition. Unfortunately one of the water tank clip that locks into the T10 broke. I was willing to buy another water tank and after speaking to customer service they informed my Deebot was not under warranty. I was not looking for them to give me another T10, I just wanted to purchase another water tank. Well guess what? They do not have a replacement water tank for the T10.
