I can't rate this yet. Ask me in 3 or 5 years. Each wash cycle has a maximum weight and a minimum temperature. If you want a cold wash there aren't many options.

I purchased this machine 6 months ago. It has been a dream, not only does it wash incredibly quietly but it uses hardly any washing liquid and everything comes out smelling beautiful.

I purchased this machine 6 months ago. It has been a dream, not only does it wash incredibly quietly but it uses hardly any washing liquid and everything comes out smelling beautiful.
I've only had this two weeks, so far so good. It's a replacement for a Euromaid 10kg front loader, an abysmal piece of equipment I was silly enough to buy; that machine retailed for $1500 and lasted three years, then off to landfill. I'm hoping this lasts longer. It's relatively quiet and seems to handle towels and other heavy items with ease. Just my advice, never ever buy a Euromaid appliance, the after-sales service is about as good as the appliance.

Overall I am happy with purchasing. Unfortunately as stated in previous reviews connecting to the app hasn’t been successful. Great build quality, very quiet, very stable and doesn’t move an inch. Would of been 5 Stars, however after doing what I thought was a very thorough research, I did not know the spin speed and temperature couldn’t be adjusted on at least a few of the washing programs. Was able to do this with our Asko. Quick wash is 1200 so clothes have more water left, subsequently drying time is longer. On other programs you can’t adjust the temperature, only gives you option for 30 or 40 degrees, not able to do cold. The dark blue door does mean you can’t see at a glance if someone has left clothes in it. Only other small thing is the machine will beep ... MoreOverall I am happy with purchasing. We use this washing machine to handle the washing from 4 air bnb properties. It gets a big workout, usually 6-7 loads a day. This is the second machine the same we have purchased because the first one was so good.
I decided to upgrade to a 10kg after my 8kg electrolux time manager machine needed replacing. I have been happy with Electrolux so I decided to stick to their range. I'm very happy with my new purchase, it washes well, has a number of wash functions and it is easy to use. The only downside is the dark door but I do love the internal light which I haven't had before. I would definately recommend this machine if you are a large family and have kids, it makes the endless washing an easy task.
Washes well, but app is useless. It won't work no matter how many times I disconnect and reconnect - Now I just get notifications but can't see the machine in the app. But it does wash well and the 60 minute full wash is a lifesaver for a busy Mum, I can get all my washing done in the morning and hung out before I have to go out for the day.

Only downside is that the blue door makes it hard to see what it’s doing. But that’s just a minor thing as I use to like watching the machine tumble the clothes in our old one. After doing the research and I mean research the new model is a step up from last years model as there are more programmes that use the maximum weight of the machine. The full wash 60 program is a full load meaning you can put 10kg in it. And only takes 60min to wash. The clothes came out clean and very dry. But did notice that the liquid detergent we where using was a little to thick for the machine, meaning that when it fills the detergent chamber with water, the heavy liquid detergent just sunk to the bottom. It does say in the Manuel Do not use gelatinous or thick liquid detergents. pg 19. So tried a different brand that had a thinner consistency and it worked like a charm. I mean if I really wanted to, I could just lift the little detergent flap up to power position and it would have washed down the thinker detergent. So just thought I would mention that Highly recommend
