I am very pleased with this purchase. The machine has all the features I wanted. Would highly recommend this machine. The ordering process was simple and fast delivery.
Overall a great washer. Some settings could be improved. No option to wash on cold on the 60 minute or 39 minute cycles. Shortest cold wash is 86 minutes plus. Machine is loud when heating the water. Washes clothes very well, spin is fantastic, clothes always damp never dripping. Reasonably quiet when running but is loud during heating and spin. Drum light is a great touch. The App is glitchy but you get a few more washing settings which is nice, but annoying that the drum clean cycle is only on the app. Certainly a quality machine, suits singles and families.
I love this washing machine! Previously only ever owing top-loaders this is my first front loader. My concerns moving to a front loader were capacity and performance. I needn't have worried - this machine is brilliant... great wash options, superb capacity, excellent spin cycle and super quiet. If you had more stars available, this machine would get them.
After we levelled the legs and took the transit bolts out, the washing machine has been nothing but amazing. We bought it due to the reviews on how quiet and efficient it is and yes! We can now say the same. We have two small children and it doesn’t wake them up when we decide to put a load of washing in whilst they’re asleep. It washes so well and I would recommend it.
We used click and collect, very easy to use. Washing machine is easy to use and has different wash cycles to chose from.
