I bought this ember not too long ago but now the lid (which I hear happens a lot) has spontaneously broken and now cannot be used for storing coffee or keeping anything warm and there is no way to replace or order just that part on its own. Now I have a useless $300 mug made obsolete by a $15 part.

Within a week of purchase, noted the inner lining of the travel mug flaking off. Lid can also be very fiddly to clean. Battery also lasts nowhere near 3 hours. Whilst I love the fact that it keeps my coffee hot, issues make me regret the purchase.
This warmer function is so great. Sometime, Travel Mug can’t detect filling water. But it’s best mug for me. The batteries keeps the warmer for a few hours. Thanks.
This was bought for me as a gift so I really wanted to like it given the incredible price tag for a thermos.Unfortunately to say it’s performance so far has been poor would be generous.As a travel mug I’d expect it to be able to travel from it’s charger and work for a reasonable time. 3 hours after being put in hot, my coffee is stone cold. A dumb (non-smart) thermos will keep a drink at a drinking temperature for far longer than this and a fraction of the cost.Save your money.
