For me personally what helped with my issue with the hip pain is having this positioned so my knees were taking most of the weight. Now I dropped it back down so it's about 50/50 on my knee and hips so I'm able to sit longer. Yes, after a couple hours, my knees do get tired but I switched between my regular office chair and this which greatly reduced the pain in my hip.

Sitting at this chair as I write this review. I love it! The chair is perfect for work and slides easily under my desk when not in use. There is significantly less pressure on my lower back when kneeling than when sitting in a conventional office chair. The padding for the knees/shins is thick enough to allow me to sit for about two hours before my shins begin to get a little sore, but honestly I enjoy that. It's a great reminder to get up and walk around every few hours, even when in the heat of the work day.

Easy to assemble and seating arrangements is adjustable. The cushioning is comfortable. The only disappointment I have is that the backrest is not adjustable and I have needed to use a pillow between the back support to that of my own back. kneeling on the knee pads after a long period of time is uncomfortable and therefore I need to get up from it to stretch my legs. That may not be a bad thing as WHS requirements is not to be sitting for long periods of time anyhow. I'm a small person (5ft tall) and a couple of other people who have tried sitting in it are taller in which they have felt no need to use a pillow. Overall the concept of this design is good but I would not recommend it until you try sitting in it first as we are all built differently.

I bought this online and assembled at home. Only problem is that it is not adjustable for length etc. I’m not short but this was too big for me. My estimate is this chair is for someone about 6ft maybe taller.It is a very basic chair. There is nothing ergonomic about this chair.
I had a back injury so found it very difficult to sit for any length of time. This chair is brilliant for not causing me any back pain and enabling me to do the parts of my job when I have to be on the computer. I really recommend it to anyone. It takes a little while to get used to but so worth it. Although it seems expensive for a chair it is very good quality and worth it for your health.
Ordered a chair and took delivery next day - was amazing.Pretty easy to assemble and nice and sturdy.Disappointed I can not set the tilt of the seat, would like it at more of an angle and also the height / distance from floor to kneeling pad and between kneeling pad and seat - all moves up and down as one fixed unit. I am reasonably tall and this restriction / limitation is an issue for me.
The assembly is reasonably easy. 20 - 30 minutes.I bought it with the back but I wouldn't do that unless you are a smaller person. I'm not tall and removed it because it was too tight for me on the roomiest setting.It's taken a few days to get used to the new sitting position and I enjoy it. The height adjustability is really good.
The reason I bought this was because it said you could try it for 30 days. The seat is not adequately adjustable for the price. You're supposed to be able to stabilise your body with your feet and this chair is fixed, also the castors mean you can't get your feet near the floor. It's poorly designed and definitely not worth the money. I realised this the day after but was not able to return it because I didn't have the original packaging. Very disappointed.
Experience using this kneeling chair has been great so far. It immediately solved back pain from my previous dinner chair/home office situation and I now have no discomfort in my back. I feel like my posture is naturally much better. It’s much more noticeable, and hence easy to correct, when you’re slumping or leaning.Set up was incredibly easy and took about ten minutes, if not less.It took a little getting used to for my shins so (as one should be doing anyway) it was important to get up and move about a bit frequently.Very happy overall.
I purchased this chair to help me get a good posture while sitting as I have a lower back pain.After using it for first 20 mins, my knees got a bit hurt and uncomfortable as it was supported my whole body weight. Later on I have tried moving knee cushion position (by screw only 2 knots instead of 4 knots, this way can move cushion upper and lower abit to suit myself) After this change I found good position and comfortable to sit on this chair for longer hours. my height is 165 cm.Also I found sitting without backrest is help better posture and more comfortable for me.Overall, Its a good chair and I have been using only this chair and never go back to use my other $300 chair anymore. I wish this chair is lighter weight and has armrest.
