We have owned an Essteele Stock Pot for 20 years, which is used on gas, is brilliant in use and still looks almost new. But it cannot be used on an induction stovetop. We bought the Essteele Per Sempre 26cm/7.6L Covered Stockpot as a replacement that can be used with induction. It has lived up to the quality of our previous stock pot. The only disadvantage we have noted is, that whilst using the Per Sempre on gas, is that the metal handles get warmer than the Bakalite handles of the older stock pot.

The multi layer construction produces more even heat distribution resulting in a better cooking experience.Quality construction that should last a long time and very easy to clean.A good wide base allowing for more food to be sauteed which is more efficient.Thumbs Up!

Purchased due to kitchen renovation and change to an induction cooktop. Have used only for rice and pasta for four people. The size and functionality is perfect for this. Have washed up by hand and all okay. One disappointment is after just a few uses the internal base had some spotting and discolouration that appears to be permanent. My old saucepans are 20+ years old and never discoloured.

I'm a mechanical engineer and love the 3 ply construction for spreading of heat and the riveted saucepan handles that should last forever. The lid handles are spot welded which is less impressive and the fit is a bit loose but overall very happy.

The perfect saucepan for when you need to cook large quantities of food. It is sturdy, dishwasher safe and I am able to cook 8-10 serves of stews, soups and casseroles in it.
Excellent quality and functionality. Handles are comfortable and make the pot safe when moving from cooktop. It is attractive enough to serve from the pot to the table. Perfect for curries, pasta, pickles preserves and anything that requires a large pot. This pot is just what I needed.
