Estee Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Lip Pencil - Apple Cordial

I’ve just received my 4th order from Beauty Affairs. Their range is amazing and there is always great promotions on so I don’t think I’ve ever paid full price. I love the free samples and bonus gifts. Quick delivery and on the one occasion that I had an issue with a gift card, they fixed it up straight away for me. Love this company!

If you’re having suspicions and questioning the legitimacy of this website, then look no further!!! This was honestly one of the best beauty online retailers I have ever shopped from. Plus YES ITS A LEGIT SITE! I live in NZ and my order was placed, processed and delivered to me in less than 5 days. I absolutely love my items and would definitely be a regular customer. If you shop at Sephora or Mecca then you will definitely love Beauty Affairs!

I’ve only recently started buying from Beauty Affairs and I have to say I’m really impressed, firstly by how quickly Aubrey (customer service rep) got back to me, but also how friendly she was/is. It’s nice to be spoken to in the same kind of language that I’d use if I was working in a store, or how I’d like to be spoken to if I was walking into a store - as opposed to the inauthentic ‘chat bot’ style or the very dry online customer service that I normally get elsewhere. I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! Fav Lip Product

This is my first time buying lip liner and I’m impressed my how soft and easy it is to apply the product. Way better than lipstick, which sometimes feels sticky or makes my lips look cracked. I purchased this lip pencil in Tawny which matches my natural lip color. I’ve been using it almost every day, and I can tell this is a product I’ll be buying over and over again.

Gorgeous product

I love this product! The lip liner is creamy and doesn't drag on the lips, the lip brush is a good quality and if you're stuck for space in your bag, you can load the lip brush with lipstick and because it has a cover; you can use the lip brush for a refresh instead of carrying a lipstick! That was a tip from an Estée Lauder make up artist in the Liverpool Store! It's a great colour too! I will be buying more in different colours to match lipsticks!

Poor quality product

I have been buying this lip pencil in various shades for many years as usually it is a great product. However this one arrived with a broken squashed tip on removing the lid. The majority of this pencil is in the bin because:- it is very difficult to sharpen without it breaking off (with an Estee Lauder sharpener)- if you manage to sharpen it it breaks off when applying itThe design/materials used are not suitable for use

Spice Estée Lauder lipliner pencil

Seems to me EL has changed their formula which was not a good idea. This pencil is slightly lighter and goes on looking softer- more like lipstick. “Spice” is my all time favorite lipliner and I don’t like the change, however small. They should look into the manufacturer and see if corners are being cut.

However you do have to sharpen this almost after every single time you use it. But if that's not a dealbreaker for you you will love it.
